The staff there is very knowledgeable. They always go the extra mile when I come in. If they do not have something I need they try to get it for me or tell me were I can acquire it. They have tested my pool water for me every other week for two years now, and are very pleased to do it. Everyone I have met there has been nice and had a wonderful attitude. I will continue to do all my shopping there.

We simply LOVE our new pool! We have a very nice vacation spot right out the back door and it was all worth it- every penny. Shop around, but the best price and best products are at Blue Diamond.

We did a lot of research and visited a lot of showrooms of pool builders in the area and the finished pools the others were able to show us just didn’t compare with Blue Diamond’s finished pool pictures. We also visited several backyards with recent installs and were very impressed with each one of them. We did end up going over budget a little- because we wanted upgrades along the way. They are very understanding and open to changes. We were also given several options- price wise and material wise when it came to that. All the sub-contractors that were used did excellent work as well. Every staff member at Blue-Diamond was very accommodating and patient with us and we are very particular when it comes to craftsmanship and the finished look. Customer service is great and once you are assigned the team that puts in your pool, the Crew Supervisor (ours was Bill) allows you to call him any day any time and is always available for questions. Once your pool is finished, you are given orientation to explain how everything works and then another 2 years of help with questions, complete service, and free chemicals (if you sign up for the free service plan). This is a great way to keep concerns under control and know your pool is very well taken care of.

The bottom line is that we have a beautiful pool that was priced most competitively and we are confident in the products used. We will enjoy this decision for a long time to come.

Our pool/spa was installed in 1998 by BD Pool in a very timely fashion and quality. Since then, we have used SBD Pool exclusively for all of our pool and spa service needs including yearly openings and closings. Due to the original excellent quality of our pool and equipment, our service needs have thankfully been minimal considering the 10+ years we have had the pool. All BD Pool staff, including the office, on-site crew and service management have always been courteous, quick to respond, efficient, and have offered high quality that has been cost competitive. They take care in ensuring we are always pleased with their service. To this day, we are very pleased that we chose BD Pool and will continue using them for all our future needs. We highly recommend using the Service Team from BD Pool.

I have a relatively small pool and I have been charged exhorbitant rates in the past to close it to the point where I tried to just do it myself. I started and then realized I couldn't do it. I called Blue Diamond , they arrived quickly, took up where I left off, did a great job (even the ugly black tarp doesn't look that bad this year) and charged me less than half of what I used to pay. Thanks!

We purchased our spa from Jeff at Blue Diamond. We have been pleased with the service. It was delivered and set up 6 weeks ago and so far we have had no issues. Adam helped us prior to our delivery with home electrical wiring questions. Christy has answered many questions for us regarding maintenance and chemicals.

Adam and his team are top notch. I had them come out when another pool company left things started but couldn't complete (3 weeks of waiting and phone calls not being returned led me to Adam) All I can say is, this is the guy you want. he calls you back, leaves you messages, shows up when he says he will, if there is a problem he let's you know. He opened my pool, replaced the liner (there were many holes), opened the pool and prepped everything. If you are looking for a dependable, reliable team that knows pools and helps you understand the issues or challenges you may have, call Adam.

We were very happy how the project turned out. All in all, it was a success and we now spend quite a bit of time in the back. We would definitely contract BD again if we ever move and had to put one in again. We wholeheartedly endorse BD as a premier swimming pool installer. Our neighbors and family members are all very impressed with the timeliness and efficiency of the crew. The job ran with efficient execution and they kept the premises and site tidy and secure
