I want to recommend this to all businessmen. ADT is fucntional and cost-effective, unlike other security companies, expensive yet inefficient.
ADT have more features like the digital keypad, the keychain remote access, the three point protection, high siren, and infrared interion motion detector. Unlike other companies, ADT offer affordable upgrades for these.
how it works. The installer who came and installed our security cameras taught us how it works. He also taught me and my husband simple troubleshooting in case some minor problem would arise. Thank you! He's such a good guy!
ADT offered the best equipment. My parents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about Alarm Force but the bottom line was that they didn't send police during an alarm. MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers.
Lousy response. Appalling service from ADT Security System . Lousy response to call-outs. Constantly having engineers out for find non-existant faults. Four hour wait for engineer to arrive. System keeps glitching. I will be doing everything to get rid of them from my premises and will never use them again.
Woke me up.
ADT alarms saved my daughter when she tried to cook. Luckily, the alarm made a sound and woke me up.

resolved problem. ADT Security system's technician was extremely knowledgeable. My existing panel was having a problem sending the signal when he installed the cellular unit. Thanks to his expertise he was able to indentify that the problem was merely a programming issue which he resolved and my system is operational 100%.
ADT has been double billing me for three years. ADT has been double billing me for three years. When I moved from my previous address to my current address, I contacted ADT via their web site and arranged for alarm service to be stopped at my previous address and for a new system to be installed at my new residence. I put the automatic monthly charge on a different credit card. ADT installed a system in my new residence, but never stopped billing me for my cancelled service. I discovered the double billing in March 2010 and contacted ADT corporate customer service about it. I've contacted them three times since. Each time the response is "Give it a little more time". I get the impression the customer service representatives are reading from a script. ADT owes me $1,534. It's been almost two months. If my wait reaches two months, ADT has lost a customer.
ADT largest dealership. I have had ADT monitored through MHB Security since I purchased my home 7 years ago. It was professionally installed by MHB security "ADT largest dealership" Well yesterday it all paid off. My house was broken into around 4:30 in the afternoon, the alarm went off, ADT called the house phone and also called me on my cell phone. They dispatched my local Toronto police. The thieves were scared off by the alarm or the quick response of the phone call from ADT and they left the same way they came empty handed. I am thankful for their quick response.
