Recommended Auto Evaluation & Repair. The check engine light was on with my car due to two trouble codes, both of which were difficult to positively identify the cause. The car was taken to Mark & Lisa's business and the evaluation performed was very helpful in resolving both issues and therefore passing emissions test. Mark & Lisa have excellent customer service, are dedicated to continued training to be as effective as possible and are cost-conscious toward the consumer by making recommendations that are as economical as possible. Their goal is to find and repair only the true cause of issues with autos as cost effectively as possible.

Best Auto Repair Service Ever. Mark and Lisa were wonderful! I have a Saab that was acting up. I called and spoke with Lisa about the issue I was having. Lisa informed me Mark doesnt usually work on Saabs (as stated on their website) but she still wanted to help. I had just spent 500.00$ at the dealer to diagnose and fix the issue I was having. Yet they were not able to do either but still take my money. Mark ended up diagnosing my car by actually driving it around until it acted up as I described. It was a hidden issue and the check engine light would come on but clear out by the time I took it for service. Mark found the problem, only charged me a fraction of what a dealer or other mechanic would have charged, and gave me money back from the original cost because he did not have to render that particular service. Bottom line is if you want someone who you can trust in a shaky industry Import Diagnostech is your new mechanic. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks again guys!

A customer for life. We moved to Nashville from Atlanta 2 years ago. Having had bad experiences in the past, I did not know who to trust. My daughter was in dire need of repair for her car, with her being in college I wanted to make sure it was done right. I decided to look on citisearch, I am so glad I did and thank you to all those people who took the time to write a review. And thank you to Mark and Lisa for taking care of my daughter's car as if it were your own. For all you women out there who are tired of being taken advantage of, you can rest assured it will not happen here. They told us about dangers that all those other so-called mechanics should have. In short, all I can say is Mark and Lisa have a customer for life. I hope this review will help someone else like me.

Great Service and Customer Care. I have a 02 Mini Cooper and it has had an endless strew of problems. Time after time BMW dealerships have taken advantage of me and I've payed the highest price for tests to be run and problems to be fixed, however, with Import DiagnosTECH I received extraordinary customer service and a great deal! I highly recommend Import DiagnosTECH for service, repair, etc.

Although Import DiagnoTECH is quite far from my current city of residence, I'd be willing to drive a few hours for that kind of service!

Import DiagnosTech will be the only Mechanic 4 our cars. We have a 99 Mercedez.Took our car to 1 of the best honest mechanics we've ever seen!! I wish we would've found Import DiagnosTech a few yrs sooner.

We originally went to another shop who we thought we could trust only to find out we were stiffed for over $8,ooo-at Eurofix and they DIDN'T even fix the problem of what we came in for."PISSED" is beyond what we feel.We'll Never return to Eurofix.

WHAT DO YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU'RE DEALING WITH A COMPANY THAT BRAGS ABOUT HAVING AN 8TH GRADE EDUCATION...?? eUROFIX--IF YOU CONTINUE TO KEEP RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF,LIKE MYSELF...How many others have you taken to the cleaners?? And how long will it be before the proper people come in,Investigate what you are doing to consumers & SHUT your doors down for good!!??

The mechanic at Import DiagnosTech were reasonable,passionate about their work,have the cleanest shop I've ever seen,have knowledge about what they are doing--NEVER had any come-backs (Thats a car that returns for the same problem).They also make their schedule around their customers schedule which is great : )

The "B-E-S-T" Mechanic Found,yet!!!. I have a 2004 Audi & took it to a shop downtown who only took my money,& left with the same problem I came in for...

My husband was irate!

I found "IMPORT DIAGNOSTECH" on City Search,checked out their website,made the phone call & they got us right in. Im sooo---sorry I didnt find this guy sooner!! ; ) With skepticism in mind--this guy REALLY KNOWS what he's doing!! Within 5 min of speaking with him,he blew our minds away with his knowledge,expertise & genuine sincerity!! YOU HAVE OUR BUSINESS FOR LIFE!!! Since our repair,we have seen better fuel economy,the car runs even better than ever before AND their prices were CHEAPER than anyone around. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this repair shop,as he has never had any come-backs and he's NOT a parts changer. His wife even got up to get us to work by 5am. ***WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN with future problems!! Julie

REMARKABLE WORK!!. Could have taken my car to the Dealer who would have charged me out the ying yang,..but decided to take it to this shop a buddy of mine reffered me too....and dont know if I should THANK MY BUDDY or THE SHOP!! This place really did a FANTASTIC JOB and was beyond reasonable. They have a customer for life. TY.
