I would strongly not recommend anyone to go there. I was looking forward to a relaxing afternoon but came really disappointed and upset!. I went for a body wrap, It was a treat and the experience was terribble. I think the person was called Dannielle. There were 3 add on that came with the body wrap . I got he foot mask and facial, but didnt get the massage! Which i was looking forward to the most. I cam e home and looked at other peoples review on the salon and they said the same. The room I was in I could here everyones conversation so I wasnt able to relax.
I'm training at the moment so I know all my measurements of my body, I was told I lost 5 inches but when I re-measured myself I was the same, and I did everything I was suppose to in the leaflet.
Apparently Danielle had !0 years of experience but I didnt see any certificate on the wall to show that.
This placee was suppose to be a spa it didn't even have water in the buliding. I saw and heard one of the assisant interupting and asking daniellle if she had some water in her car to pass it onto the customer. How can we trust this place!!!!
Very upset, that I felt like I was mugged and felt like crying. was really looking forward to this.

Want good service now that The Green Door is closed?. Sorry for your past bad experiences. I recently opened The Beauty Boutique Store and Spa in Lebanon. I am a massage therapist and esthetician who has worked in Nashville at a wonderful spa since 1999. I always dreamed of opening my on place and now I do. I live in Lebanon and want to provide this great town with a great place to go for their beauty needs. Being a service provider and the owner really helps me connect with my clients and give them the best service possible. Barring any emergencies or natural disasters beyond my control, my doors will remain open. Besides that I will give each person who comes in for a treatment or just to shop the best service and hopefully everyone will leave here with a smile and a great memory. Let's be honest mistakes will happen but I"m a mother and aren't we just wired to make everything all better??!! :) I do not offer hair services but the ladies 2 doors down at Belladonna do great work.
Horrible service! Couldn't believe my experience.. I thought I would treat myself to a spa package boy was I wrong! I will never again make that mistake with this place. It had three steps. The first went great, hair cut and style- I was happy. Second was the massage. Well when I made the appointment I had upgraded to the higher massage which ran longer 55 minutes instead of 30 and when I got into the room the tech said well we only have 30 minutes so I don't really have long to work. Thats when I informed him no I had upgraded. He seemed flustered, as it seems this happens often, and he went to talk to the receptionist, who can't seem to get anything correct, he came back and said he would work it out but was very confused and not easy to work with.... So I scheduled my third appointment which I also upgraded to a longer package- the facial. I leave out for my facial and get a call as I approach the business, it is the receptionist she says my tech has just text her and called out could we do it later today- no cause I have other plans and appointments so I turn around go back home and reschedule till next week. I drive back down the next week... appaointment was at 1:00 I sat there waiting for 50 minutes!!!!!!!! Then finally go back and the tech, who was very sweet says, well since we only have 30 minutes, OMG!!!!! I UPGRADED!! So she told me she would make this right to get up and reschedule because she didn't have time to give me the facial I wanted. I reschedule yet again! So I go back today for the 3rd time for a freaking facial and I get there and see a sign on the door, "Temporarily closed due to construction" If I could have ripped that door off the hinges I would have. The door was open so I went in. They were very surprised to see me and I said yeah I have an appointment today- AGAIN. Then the receptionist came around the corner and realized she didn't call and tell me not to come in... there I am right on the schedule... I SWEAR. So I say just give me my money back I have tried and tried with you all and obviously you can't get it right. So she offers me 20 bucks... COME ON! I have drove back and forth from Lebanon to Mt. Juliet 3 times not to mention my wasted time and then offers 20 bucks... oh and some face products. I was more than kind through this whole process. Gave them numerous chances. This place is a joke. I can't believe they call themselves a business- they won't be for long if they treat others like they did me. I would not waste my money at this place.
GREAT NEW SPA!. I'm new to Mt. Juliet and I had been to several other hair salons in and around the area but just had not found what I needed. My search is ended! I "opened The Green Door" ;-) . They have the services I've wanted in one location; the pricing is fair; the staff is outstanding! I thought about trying some places in Nashville or Franklin but The Green Door Salon & Day Spa loses absolutely nothing to those locations and I can keep my business local. I moved here by choice and love it - I want to keep my money in Mt. Juliet. The Green Door is wonderful.
