The worst hookah bar in Nashville

I've been to Aladdin's on Elliston a few times and every time I left disappointed. Initially I went there because unlike Tarboosh you can have a drink if you want a hookah. I quickly found every time I went with my female friends the men who worked there felt entitled to sit down and join us at the table. It was very uncomfortable and made it hard to enjoy ourselves. But this is not even the worst part.
I went another time with my boyfriend to meet a couple of my girlfriends who were already there. After joining them we were going to order a drink and some food but they told us we had to order a hookah. My boyfriend was not feeling well and did not want to smoke a hookah so he just asked for some food, but they refused. They said we could not stay if we did not get ANOTHER hookah. We tried to reason with them because we wanted to hang with our friends but they would not let us. Even though we wanted to order a drink and some food they told us to get out. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
If you're looking for a place to smoke hookah I highly suggest going to Tabouli's or Tarboosh. You can get drinks at the former and the atmosphere is WAY better. Aladdin's is dark, cramped and uncomfortable. At these other places you can also have friends as part of your party who don't want to smoke hookah. it is utterly absurd that Aladdin's holds this policy. It is NOT conducive to having a good time with a group of friends. I will never be going back there after my last experience. Avoid at all costs if you are looking for a good place to relax.
