Great food and service.
I have been to better, but not in TN. Service is attentive but not overbearing. Food is nicely spiced, not to bland or to hot just for the sake of heat.
With large parties, 10+, they have always been helpful. It helps if we call ahead so they can have the tables set up for us when we arrive.
No better Mexican food for 15 miles in any direction as far as I can tell. Give it a try, a great neighborhood restaurant.
I think they have a community room upstairs.
Restaurant can be acoustically loud, but it is better now that drapes and a few wall hangings are in place.
Still, my favorite restaurant in PV.
Better off going to Springfield.
The food is average at best. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I've eaten at Guadalajara at least 20 times since it has opened hoping it would grow on me. It is one of the few restaurants available in the area. One time I came with a party of eight and was immediately seated at two separate tables due to "fire codes". The host never asked if we would be okay with it, he just seated us there and got snotty when we protested. I've have the same server on three separate occasions whistle at my table to get our attention! He then walks away with a smug smirk into the kitchen. I can't trust any food or drink he brings back to us because of the sly smirk he's wearing when he returns to my table! Lately, I've wondered if the H----- Department tests food contents for body fluids or human waste. The staff here all have one thing in common, their rudeness. Only dine here if you're gathering samples for a science experiment.
I suggest Springfield's El Molcajete. More authentic food with great service staff.
