WOW!!!!!!. Dr. Lee and Dr. Jess, and Jill ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had broken a tooth and “MY Dentist” Ricafort Dental couldn’t work me in on Friday, however they did call me Wed of the following week to see if I needed anything… Really?

Dr. Lee and Jill made it a point to work me in and extracted the tooth, and later that evening Jill called to check on me! WOW! Now that is what dentistry and patient care should be about. Wonderful job, and wonderful experience! Saw Dr. Jess on Monday for a little follow up care and even that was unscheduled. Guess what they earned a new patient.

There good, but not that good. First off I would like to say that there office is very friendly. But don't let this fool you. I am sure they are very down to earth people, but there is always this fake feeling about them. And lets not forget, there there to not only make a pay check, but also to make money. I rated them a two star because I feel they lack in being professional when handling business. I have also spotted what look to be the manager posting a "Review" about there OWN business on the web. If you ask me, find another dentist office to spend your money. And lets not forget, WE the customer PAYS for there office and employees.

Excellent Dentistry. While I never hand dental insurance until recently, I've been to a handful of dentists over my lifetime. Wanting to take advantage of my dental insurance, I wasn't sure which dentist to go to since I was new to the area. I spent days reading reviews from various websites on dentists around the Smyrna/Murfreesboro area. While I could've looked in Nashville, I wanted the dentist to be close to my work. After thorough research, I came down to 3 dentists. Not being able to decide, I decided to just pick the one who could get me in.



Sinquefield Family Dentistry was actually the 3rd dentist I called. The first one was closed (it was a weekday) and had sporadic hours. The second one did not answer. I'm glad things worked out the way it did because Sinquefield Family Dentistry is awesome. The lady (I forget her name) that answered was very polite. She answered all my questions and made me a prompt appointment. They followed up days before my appointment to verify I was coming.



One thing that amazed me when I arrived is how clean & professional the office was. I also noticed that they have won the Ruthies (local awards) for best dentist for several years. The staff was very friendly and I was admitted within 5 minutes of finishing my paperwork. Shaina, the dental assistant was very friendly & professional. My dentist was Dr. Lee and he is hands down, the best dentist I've ever experienced. I originally just came in for an exam but he was able to do cleaning, filling in small cavities, and cleaning up residue from a permanent retainer I had years ago.



I would recommend Sinquefield Family Dentistry to anyone who is in the area and looking for a new dentist.
