It's about time I wrote a review of my
new favorite nail salon - Tina‘s!
Where do I begin? I come to Tina’s every 2 weeks to get a mani/pedi & have never once been disappointed. Every one who works here is both nice & talented, including the girls at the front who always make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. The amenities are beautiful, clean (autoclaved instruments), and up to date, and you will be hard pressed to find a better selection of gel color & gel glitter colors. Everywhere I go people ask about my nails and I am proud to say I go to Tina’s :)
My girls at Tina’s gets it done like a serious professional with the gel manicure (if you like glitter you HAVE to get a rockstar gel manicure - it's totally addictive). They are great at her job and really fun to sit and chat with. I love everyone here no BS - They tell it like it is and won't be fake with you. That's hard to find at any salon in Green Hills. At Tina’s it's possible to be pampered and feel like you're appreciated as a client.
Their prices are posted on their website, so I don't quite understand why any one would complain about it. Like all nice things, you get what you pay for. If you think Tina’s is too pricey, go to some cheapy place where you might get a fungal infection - and then it's not so cheap.
Bonus - there is a parking lot behind there salon. Yay! And, unlike a lot of other nail salons, they are open 7 days a week.
If you want nails that are truly spectacular in a relaxing setting with great staff, look no further than Tina’s Nail Spa.
Wonderful, relaxing nail spa! I have always come in on a walk-in basis and have been quickly worked in. The prices can't be beat, and the feel of the place is so luxurious....I would expect to pay twice the price for the kind of service they provide. The pedicures are super long lasting and the techs really want to make sure that you are satisfied. Can't recommend this place enough!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! RUDE MANAGEMENT. I went to Tina's with a friend and the receptionist told me the total would be $25... when I went to pay it was a different story, the manager swiped my card and charged me $40!!!!! I told him what the girl had quoted me and he told me that he was only willing to take my number and "talk to his employee" about the situation, as though this was all my fault and I was an idiot! I guess they have never heard of customer service, misleading prices, or stealing from and lying to their customers... From my experience DONT GO THERE!!!!!! And to top it all off, my nails don't even look that great, the manager himself painted them and missed half of my nails when painting! Overall it was a horrible and expensive experience. I have already complained to the Better Business Bureau and will be sure to let everyone know about my horrible experience there this afternoon.
The Best and Most Relaxing Nail Spa in Hendersonville!!!!.
In short, Tina?s Nail Spa is a great spot for nails & pedicure services. Here's why:
- 20+ years of professional experience
- Very clean salon
- Calm interior, great salon chairs, relaxing vibe
- Accommodating, friendly staff
- Reasonable pricing
- Calm atmosphere (they will only take as many clients as they can handle without letting things get crazy)
- Attention to the quality of your nail service
- Great attitudes
I was looking for a local salon that specialized in gel nails. Lily hooked me up! She even does designs, and is willing to experiment and work with your desires.
The best approach to getting your nails done is to plan ahead. Avoid getting an appointment during peak hours on peak days, unless you're prepared to deal with the rush.
I always come in for service on the slow days. I enjoy it more, it's more relaxing, I get more massage time and better service. It just makes sense, if you can swing it.
One thing I know for sure is that the ladies at Tina?s Nail Spa are a sure bet! Hi Lily!
I am not sure about Tina's. My impression was that it seemed alot of high schoolers go there. NOT exactly the atmosphere I am looking for. Actually, it is one I would want to avoid when trying to relax. I am thinking It may have just been the timing of when I was actually there? The receptionist was so snotty to me that I decided never to go back. I called to let them know and they sent me a gift certificate for $15.00 that I will never use. I would rather go somewhere else and pay more money than feel like I have just been treated in a poor manner. There are MANY salons out there and I will not go to one where the treatment of their customers is not an A+ from start to finish. I get pedicures on a regular basis and I do not want to have to worry about what type of "mood" the receptionist or staff is in today.
If someone seems to be having a bad day I tend to try to smile or joke with them to lighten them up but this girl (think her name was Rachel??) was just outright rude and snotty to both myself and my fiance'. That is just unacceptable. Now, to be fair, it was over a year ago but it was enough of a turn off for me that I have not been back since. She may not even be there anymore. I have since moved on to a better salon.
On the plus side, and to be fair, I felt their pedicures were fairly good. There was a wait every time I was there. I don't like that but since they take walk-ins and seem to have alof of clientele, it is to be expected. I am not sure I would ever go back to try them again. I now go to the Venetian and their prices are a tiny bit higher but definitely worth it. The pedis and manis are better and the people that work there are so much more friendly! I have never not left leave feeling pampered and relaxed! :)
It was all I imagined it to be. It was all I imagined it to be, it was the perfect nail spa I always dreamt of going to, to relax and receive the best quality service. The staff made me feel like I was on cloud nine. I definitely found a nail salon that I will be attending on the regular basis.. and the WINE with my pedicure sure helps. Thanks Tina and Staff
So clean, So comfortable So good......
I absolutely love Tina's Nail Spa. The approach is total nail health. The décor is absolutely amazing. When I first started going here my nails were brittle, broke easily and my cuticles were very dry. Laura (who is fantastic!) was wonderful and took lots of time to talk to me about what we could do to help my nails get stronger and keep my cuticles in good shape. Laura offered to apply soft gel on and did such a wonderful job that after a month I have long strong nails and new beautiful hands!
To add I got the minx done on my toes. I was not sure which design to get because they had so many pretty design to choose from. I ended up with the Cheetah print. Very surprisingly these designed lasted a whole month, no chips ,no dullness just like I got them done the very first day!
The atmosphere at Tina's is very relaxing and pampering. They auto clave all instruments on each person. The color selection is wonderful and I also love the music selection.
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere, clean facility, sterilized equipment,
Tina's Nail Spa is my favorite and only place. Tina's Nail Spa is my favorite and only place I go to get my nails done. First of all they have the best customer service with great quality work. "Tina" who is the manager as well as the entire staff are lovely people. I now bring all my friends and families to Tina Nail Spa. I love how Tina runs her shop.
My first time at Tina's Nail Spa and I am really impressed.. My first time at Tina's Nail Spa and I am really impressed. After being referred by a co-worker at the bank where I work at near Tina's I am very impressed. Everyone there was very nice and did a great job on my nails. They had more collections to choose from compared to the usual place I go to. Tina and Tri was great, she goes to my bank all the time and we recently gave her extra cash by mistake and she returned it to us right away. I thought that was very nice and honest of her. Many of us here at the bank now choose Tina's Nail Spa as our regular place to get our nails done. Thanks Tina
