Awful experience. I have never felt inclined to write a review online but, I would like to warn other people about this place. I went for a first mammogram at this facility which was fine. Then I received a letter in the mail (on the weekend) asking for more images which Im sure is standard practice but, still very stressful. I scheduled this appointment with CSI and arrived very nervous and anxious to get it over with. I was told their Mammogram machine was broken yet I received no phone call to tell me not to bother coming in which I considered very rude. While there I asked to speak to someone about what was seen on the images that needed to be reviewed. I was told by one person it was just a blurry picture that need to be re-shot and by someone else that they found calcifications which could be nothing or could be something. Those are two VERY different stories!! I asked to speak to the actual radiologist who looked at the images so, I could be more clear and was told that was impossible! So, they tell me this and also tell me they have no way of knowing when the machine would be fixed. I asked about sending my images elsewhere so, I could be guaranteed an appointment as soon as possible. I was told they didnt recommend this because it is better to have the original radiologist that asked for the re-shoot to stay involved. Yet, they seemed unwilling to work with me when I asked about getting the pictures taken elsewhere and then sent to their radiologist.

After attempting to make another appointment two days later and having them cancel because the machine was still broken, I couldnt wait and longer and scheduled somewhere else. The second experience was NO comparison. My images were reviewed before I left so, there were not the days of waiting.... I was also told by the second facility that CSI used the wrong plate size when they took the original pictures and that they were not able to see the entire area.

Needless to say, I will not EVER use CSI again and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. They turned what is an already stressful experience into a frustrating and uninformative situation. Be wary!!

Good Service not patient friendly with billing practices. I have been there several times and the service is very good. Good wait time even when appt. just called in. However, their billing practices are not for the patient. If you have a deductible plan they do not allow any discounts once they take of the insurance payment. This makes for a very large patient payment even if the patient would like to pay all at once, which I would think could benefit their cashflow. Most other services have a prompt payment discount or some other type of discount plan. Monthly payment plans still end up with the same payment in total not patient friendly.

Great experience. Just got done with an MRI on my hip. In and out promptly. Everyone was positive. My technician (Marcy?) did everything she could to make the experience a pleasant one.

Would definitely recommend!

Another Bad Experience AVOID. It is sad when you are abused (time wise) by a service such as Cool Spring Imaging. After waiting an hour (I was there 5 minutes early) and asking twice when I would be taken, I was still waiting. Girl at front desk was so nice but obviously they are more interested in Quantity vs. getting people in on time. I think the person doing me must have gone to lunch. Avoid this practice and use someone else.

Worst experience of my Life: Physically violated and other. I wish there was a NEGATIVE star rating. Mom's don't let your daughters go there, or anyone you love for that matter. I already filed a complaint with the BBB about everything but everyone should know that I was forced a vaginal test that was done so rough, it was hurting and left me bleeding and cramping. Not normal. I didn't consent to a trainee. I was refused my medical records too. And this brilliant radiology tech, after everything told me their was something wrong with me and then refused to tell me.
