Worst Closing Experience Ever!. Worst title closing experience ever. Being in the mortgage business for several years I have never experienced such terrible service in closing. Hud approval took over 48 Hours. Fees kept being added on at last minute. The title company was concerned more with lining their pockets.

The HUD took 2 days due to the seller not willing to abide by the sales contract they signed. It was a challenge but the home did close. As a title company, it is our responsibility to ensure the contract terms agreed upon are met at closing. In this case the seller became unreasonable to the point the deal was in jeopardy. The loan closed and the buyer (our customer) was extremely satisfied.
