The experience was really enjoyable!!. My husband and I visited various jewelers while looking for our wedding bands and ultimately decided to purchase them at Genesis Diamonds. Because of their professionalism, great service, and most importantly fair pricing. The experience was really enjoyable and we did not feel any sales pressure, unlike at many other stores. I definitely recommend shopping here.

Great Customer Service and Even Better Results!!. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Genesis Diamonds, and everyone there was very professional (Specially Melissa) and pleasant to work with throughout the process. There was a problem with sizing the ring we had originally selected, but they were very quick and attentive in resolving the issue to make sure we were happy with the final product. It was obvious to me that everyone there takes pride in what they do, and is more interested in having happy customers than in making a quick sale.

Great place to go for an engagement ring!. My fiance and I had a wonderful experience and couldn't be happier with our purchase and the service! The staff at Genesis Diamonds was extremely kind, attentive and worked with us to choose and design our ring. They took the time to explain everything and went the extra mile to find us the perfect diamond and setting - all while maintaining our budget. We definitely recommend Genesis Diamonds and will be back for our wedding bands!!

It Was A Wonderful Experience !!. I cannot say enough nice things about this jewelry store. I went in looking to purchase an engagement ring and, being a guy, knew very little. Melissa spent over an hour working with me and helped me design a gorgeous ring for my fiance. I gave them a date that I would need the ring by and they had it ready a week before. I was absolutely speechless when I saw the finished product. DEFINITELY stop by when you're looking for jewelry. This place has the goods!!

Al Menah Shrine Circus. We want to thank you for your support over the years. Without the generosity of businesses like yours we could not do what we do for special needs kids on behalf of the Shriners, thank you for ALL of your support!

Genesis Customer For Life!!. I am in the military and have been talking with my girl for most of this year about getting engaged. It has been tough communicating over such long distance, but I promised her that once I got back from overseas, I'd get her the ring of her dreams.

All I heard about was Tacori, Tacori, Tacori. She sent me photos of rings and links to their website. She was amazed that she could view the ring on her hand using her computer's webcam. I must say that was pretty cool.

Anyway, I began communicating with a gentleman at Genesis Diamonds while I was still stationed overseas. With a lot of patient guidance I was able to pick out the exact ring and diamond before I got back. This way the ring was completed and my girl would be stunned (in a great way!!)

I was really impressed with the salesperson's knowledge. I am not an easy sell and he related everything to me via email. He described diamonds in detail, showed me their differences and also sent pics to confirm the Tacori setting was the right one.

I felt at ease about this b/c their prices come with a written guarantee as well as the certification. I was also reassurred that if the diamond wasn't what I expected, I could always make changes.

Upon my arrival the ring was completed and even more outstanding than I planned. I was going to wait until Christmas but popped the question early.

I think Kristy nearly fainted!

Thanks to Genesis for the assistance and patience. They take care of everyone and I will recommend everybody to check them out!!!

Will never consider them, EVER. Can't Trick Me.. Having moved to Nashville, you can't help but hear their commercials on every radio station. Because of that, their name is well known among Nashville residents. Around a year and half ago, I was in the market to shop for an engagement ring for my now fiance. I went to Genesis Diamonds in Brentwood just to see what they had. I will admit that Genesis Diamonds is one of the nicer jewelry stores I've visited and they do have a nice selection (especially with name brand designers). HOWEVER, despite their selection, my fiance wanted a specific Simon G ring. I'm not a gemologist or jewelry salesperson but I do know a thing or two about diamond and jewelry. If I'm going to drop several thousands of dollars on an item, you bet your butt I'm going to do thorough research. The Simon G setting that I was looking at already had a diamond in it and Genesis was asking $13000 for the ring. Simon G settings usually retail around $4000 - $4500 so that means that the diamond itself was going to be $9000. So you must be thinking, for $9000, that diamond must be killer, right? WRONG. This diamond was Radiant shape, slight over 2 carat. The color was a very visible yellow and the clarity was equally bad. Without a diamond scope, I could see a very large feathering (looks similar to a crack) going down the lower left side of the diamond. Because of this, it was easily an I2 - I3. Even a competitor's website has a diamond of equal size with better specs for over $1200 cheaper. I asked the representative if I could swap out the diamond and she said I could, but depending on what they have and my expectations, they "could get me any diamond I wanted". HA. Isn't this what they advertised AGAINST in their several month-long radio commercials a few months ago? To make things worse, the diamond was NOT certified (which typically makes the price higher) so there was no way I could look at things like the cut grading, the fluorescence, or girdle, pavillion, or crown. I know that the certificate may not matter to some, but like I said, this isn't a pair of cheap diamonds I'm looking to buy. I'm looking to buy one as a symbol of my promise & love to my fiance.

So I did what any smart person would do and go on the Internet to do more research. FYI, there are very high reputable forums based on diamonds on the Internet that has actual certified gemologists and experts who visit the forums frequently to give advice. On top of that, there are very reputable brick and mortar jewelers who also cater to people shopping for jewelry on the Internet. Many people claim (including myself) that the diamonds that you can obtain from these jewelers rival that of Tiffany's at a fraction of the cost. I can go into the debate of Tiffany's, but to summarize, you're paying a giant amount of money to the brand name. So i ended up getting a custom made ring, to my specifications that beats out anything Simon G could have offered along with a diamond that is one of the best many has ever seen. In addition, I got it graded by a real gemological society and not "other" gemological institute.

Genesis, you're not fooling me. You boast better prices and better selection, but your prices are not better and your selection is garbage. Trust me folks, do your research. Would you drop several thousands of dollars on a piece of jewelry without research and comparison shopping? I didn't think so. Having that said, the saleswoman was nice, but she couldn't sell me.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. My wife and I just celebrated our 6th anniversary. I wanted to get her a ring to wear on her non wedding ring hand. I didn't buy her wedding ring from Genesis because I lived out of state at the time, but I've heard so many good things about them, I had to check them out.

I must say, their selection was amazing! There prices were amazing! Robbie (my sales guy) was amazing! He showed me a beautiful ring with 5 large diamonds than was absolutely gorgeous.

If you have shopped there before then you know what I'm talking about. If you have not, then you need to!!!

John Hardy Selection. I shopped for John Hardy for MANY years and when another jeweler went out of Business years ago, i was lost.

I just found out Genesis Diamonds carries John Hardy and not only just the collection but the BIGGEST Selection I have seen. I was planning on looking at one piece, but walked out with 3. The sales girl recommended a few other pieces but DIDN"T feel pressured to buy more than one- which made a difference. In the past, I was told they encourage for customers to Buy more than one piece and sometime I walked out with out buying none cause of the pressure.

Te sales girl said they didn't work on commission ad it didn't matter if I bought 1 piece or 14 pieces, she got paid the same by the owners. I took more time looking through the case as it didn't matter to her. I left with 3 pieces.

I like that no commission or pressure approach- I wish all places sold jewelry like that.
