Franklin >Massage Envy
Honestly, one of the best massages I ve ever received. Went in for a deep tissue massage (1-Hour Session), and it went a long way in relieving my back pain. The front desk staff was courteous, as well - just a great experience overall.
Great place for massage. Been going to this Massage Envy for a year now - one of my favorite places to go. Deep tissue massage + aromatherapy = the best thing in the world. Love this place.
Very nice. I cashed in on a great Christmas gift...and it was soooo wonderful! The staff are really professional and easy to talk to. They answered all of my questions and were just so nice. I was excited to join and will definately recommend them to my friends!
Cool Springs M.E. SUCKS!.
To be short and quick. Go to the Brentwood office. The massage therapists here are the ones that can't find a job elsewhere because they are all terrible!
After a year and a half of bad service, dirty rooms and horrible therapists I quit.
Of course it took another 8 MONTHS to get them to quit charging my card!!!!
Terrible, terrible, terrible.
Don't believe me? Check out this site that tells the whole story.
Dirty, inexperienced, loud.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I've been a member of Massage Envy for years throughout the United States. This location is BY FAR the very worst example of what can happen when you have an uncaring franchise owner.
I had "Will" and he was not only slightly perverted, he talked and argued the ENTIRE time and I thought we were literally going to come to blows by the time my session was up.
This guy cannot shut up! All he did was diss his employer, talk about how great he is, how over qualified he is to be working there and how he's 'really a chiropractor' but he's there to help out the owner.
REALLY? Then how about shutting up and doing your job? This is about the 6th time I'd been there that a 'therapist' basically stands around and rubs oil onto your skin. No real massage, no knowledge of muscle structure, just slathering gobs of oil on and stories about how awful Nashville is.
I've had one good experience there - all the rest have been such poor experiences that I cancelled my membership. I've been a member for 8 years!
I would RUN from this location. It's dirty, filthy, the desk attendants are ONLY worried about making their quota on appointments. The therapists are not trained well and if they are, they leave ASAP and work elsewhere! The people left here are the ones who most likely FAILED out of school.
Save your time, spend an extra ten bucks and go somewhere that has therapists that know WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Get your money's worth elsewhere. This location is the pits. Disgusting. Not worth your time or money!
Love it.. I've been a member of the Massage Envies in Brentwood for a year now, and it's been a great experience. The prices are reduced and the massages are always excellent. I drive around a lot, and the massage really helps to minimize my back pain. Highly recommended.
Helped my back pain.. Great massage. Went here about a month or so ago for lower back pain I'd been having. Had an hour treatment, and over the next few days, the pain in my back began to ease. Went back another time and it was all but gone. Great place for back pain treatment.
Very nice.. Great massage. Great staff. Great service. Great everything.
DO NOT GO HERE...HORRIBLE. I had an appointment this past Saturday and my experience was horrible! First of all when I called to schedule my massage I requested a male masseuse because they tend to have stronger hands. The man on the phone booked me with a male masseuse at 1:30 Saturday. When I arrived Saturday the front desk had changed my appointment to be with Diana. I told the girl at the front that was not whom I had requested and she argued with me and said that’s who I was booked with nothing had been changed. Since I was already there I decided to go through with the massage. I was taken back to the “peaceful waiting area”. The two other people in the waiting area told me they had also been put with a different masseuse than they had requested. My massage was supposed to begin at 1:30. I was not greeted by the masseuse until 1:50. This would have been no big deal but I had been asked to come in 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork (which took 1 minute). So I waited about 35 minutes. Diana did apologize for running late. I was schedule for a 90 minute massage. Diana did not discuss anything with me but rushed me into the room and told me to change. She came back in and started what I guess she thought was a massage. She only used two fingers on my back the entire time. It felt as though someone was just poking my back. I asked her to use more pressure which didn’t change anything at all. She asked me to turn over after 30 minutes. I thought that can’t be all she’s doing to my back…she will have me turn over again since my back is the area I asked her to focus on. After another 30 minutes of being poked she told me it was over and left the room. The clock on the wall said 2:32. Instead of trying to discuss this matter with the front desk who have no authority I decided just to pay and call a manager later. The manager Wendy was unhelpful and unwilling to work with me to solve this problem. Basically they had their money and that was all they wanted. They do NOT care about the client…just the money! Try Adagio in Nashville or Massage by Candi in Brentwood.
Good place for a massage.
I have been here several times. For what you pay, it is an excellent value. It costs about half as much as the typical spa. The massages are just as good, though. The atmosphere could use a little work. It is very bright at the front desk, which is annoying post-massage. Also, the massage waiting room is very small.
I have had several therapists. They are all very good. Some have some weird issues, though. One is always burping and having weird gastrointestinal noises due to a recent surgery. In general, they all give very good massages.
