Woud definitely stay again. We stayed March 14 - 18 , 2011. Our stay was very pleasant. We forgot our cell phone charger and they immeidiately looked for one that we could borrow. The rooms, beds, sheets, etc. were kept very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great Hotel. Great Hotel! Fast check-in, clean rooms, spacious room as well. Have a great continental breakfast and are very friendly and helpful. Also have washer and dryer on site which helped a lot. The best thing about this hotel is the location.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Stayed here for a whole week at the begining of September. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean. We had booked three rooms and they were all together in the same area of the hotel. They did provide a continental breakfast which was a bonus. Parking was at a premium if you left the motel and came back later in the evening. There are a few "Hot Spots" across the street and a lot of the cars parked in the motel lot. Great location if you want to be close to music row and downtown.

Delivered extra pillows quickly!. Made sure fridge was on and cold for meds and delivered extra pillows quickly.

10 Min stroll to Downtown. The location was good - 10 minutes stroll to Downtown/Broadway. Free coffee/Internet in reception.

No problems at all. No problems at all while staying here. Isn't too far from downtown and we walked to the bars from the hotel with no trouble.

Great help to all of us. The hotel & staff was the greatest--especially answering my stupid questions. I had worked all night (audit) & been up all day. The room was just awesome & it felt wonderful to finally lay down. The breakfast was great too. Thanks, too, for honoring the SED & LFF rates. It was a great help to all of us. My in-laws (the patient's wife/kids) stayed at your property on Fri 5/30. They were equally impressed and appreciative for a great room and good night's rest before travelling back home on Sat. I will certainly recommend TN404 to anyone who asks. If I lived in Nashville I would be proud to work at this property. It surpasses my property by far. Thanks again for everything. If my family had lodging needs again we will certainly choose TN404 again. Have a great day!!!
