Great staff who are efficient and very friendly. I recently arranged for a group to stay at this hotel which is not very far from the airport. The hotel does offer many amenities including a shuttle service to the airport, meeting rooms, a full complimentary breakfast bar, wireless internet, etc. The staff is outstanding in that they do their best to accomodate everyone as best as they can. The rooms are nice, roomy and clean. The front desk is chock full of information: restaurant suggestions, directions, recommendations, problem-solving, etc. My only disappointment was that the "business center" consists of a lonely computer which has so much security on it, it is somewhat difficult to use. Anything printed comes from the printer at the front desk. When I needed copies, I was given directions to a FedEx Office store a couple of miles away. Other than that, we were made to feel welcome and served very well. This is an excellent choice for those who do not need to be in the downtown Nashville area.
