DOESN"T honor their own words. They came to my house and after telling me the seals were ok, cleaned the ducts. Dirt continued to blow out and sting my eyes and leave dirt all over my furniture. I asked them and the ac co that referred them to come and see if anything was torn or shook loose. They refused, made up crazy excuses not to come back and ck the vents. After a few weeks they offered me a refund rather than come back. I accepted. They got mad because I had filed a BBB report and won't pay me. BBB says that because they didn't give me an est before they started work, they may not honor their offer to pay me back and I may have to take them to court.

Excellent Duct Cleaning. 3+ Hours cleaning my duct work.. I have used Mr. B's duct work for previous cleaning...

Now Vortex has become my new favorite duct cleaning vendor. Jerry, the owner from Vortex, came out personally and spent 3+ hours cleaning my 1700 sq ft home! He even took time to correct some questionable areas in my duct work, that were not even on his agenda.

Upon arrivng, the technicians inspected my duct work, hooked up the primary vortex collection unit, laid down protective sheets, hand-cleaned and vacummed each vent, then 'plugged' every vent for the 'real cleaning'.

After that each and every vent was given special attention. The techs would unplug a vent, clean it entirely, then hooked up an inside cleaning unit to work in conjunction with the outside collection unit.

The vent would then be plugged again, and the next vent was given the same attention, until every singe one was cleaned thoroughly. The men were very personable and even kind enough to return marbles to my young sons as these items found there way down the duct work and into the main collection unit.

I am very impressed and satisfied.
