GREAT MOVERS. QUICK WORKERS. GREAT COMPANY. Mr. Mover was the best moving experience my family and I have ever had!!!! With affordable prices and quick working movers- who could ask for better? GREAT company!

My wife and I called and booked Mr. Mover based on a friends' recommendation. While they seemed to have a positive experience, ours was just the opposite. He did not return my initial phone call, but later returned my wife's upon our second attempt to reach them. We booked a date to move. (Due to a severe leg injury, I could not help with the move-which is why we hired a mover to begin with).

We attempted to call mr. Mover back to see if a slightly different date was possible a week or so before the move. After several voicemails and attempts to reach him, no return call Not-so-surprisingly, he DID NOT SHOW UP and DID NOT CALL the day of the move. I cannot recommend this unprofessional service to anyone. Save yourself the trouble!

Mr Mover company a delight to work with. We live in Green Hills and needed some of our furniture delivered to a house in Fairview. I wrote an email with details and within 24 hrs. received an estimate of 2.5 to 3.5 hours and their rate. When I called to schedule, I was scheduled as a second move, so they could only give me an estimate, which was some time between noon and four.

Moving day: About 10:30 am, a driver called and said they had already finished their first move and were on their way to me. They arrived, looked at everything, then got to it. They put a quilt on the front doorway to protect it. Any furniture that had to be carried down stairs was wrapped in quilts and cellophane to protect it and the walls. They were quick, polite, and didn't complain about anything. At the destination, they again worked steadily without a break. The mover with the clipboard went over every charge and explained the bill to me before asking me to sign and taking my check. The move took only 2.5 hours, so the price was very reasonable. I can't say enough good about this company!

Ruined our Moving Day. My wife and I were excited about moving into our recently bought home. We booked Mr. Movers a couple of weeks in advance, and scheduled them to show up last Saturday from between 8-9 AM for an in town move and to bring wardrobe boxes. My parents drove 6 and half hours to babysit our children for us on Saturday while we were moving and unpacking.

We woke up bright and early Saturday morning to go over to the old house to wait on the movers, when my wife noticed a message on her cellphone. The owner of Mr. Movers had called at 7 PM the night before to tell us that one of their trucks broke down and that they were not going to be able to do our move until between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. Not that it would have mattered since we didn't get the call but I was a little upset that they waited until 7 PM to call. If they had called earlier, we might have been able to scramble to see if another company could do it because we really wanted to get it done while my parents were there to watch the kids. But as it was we really had no choice but to go with them. I don't know if the call was late for precisely this reason.

Two o'clock came and no sign of the movers. Three o'clock came, no word. We called Jason, the apparent boss, and never got in touch with him to see when they were really going to be there. Finally at 3:30 we got a call from the driver of the truck saying that they would be at our house in about an hour. 4:30 came and went. The movers finally arrived at around 5:40 in the evening. And they didn't have the wardrobe boxes we requested, most likely because they had used them all on their prior move(s).

At this point I get to why I gave the company two stars. The guys that showed up in the truck were nice and gracious, and worked hard. It was the end of what I'm sure was a long day, and our old house was on a hill that required them to carry the furniture down stairs. They did not complain and were very polite. Perhaps they could sense our displeasure.

We finally got the truck loaded and unloaded at around 9:15-9:30 at night. Essentially, our plans to have my parents watch the kids while we tried to get stuff unpacked was for naught. We worked until we gave out at around 11 PM. My parents had to get up the next morning and drive 6.5 hours back home, so we did not get to unpack anything without one of us having to watch our children. If this had been finished by 1 or 2 in the afternoon, like we had planned, we would have been able to accomplish a lot more. As it is, we are still in the process of unpacking the essentials, and I had to go back over to the house to pick up the stuff that was to be moved in wardrobe boxes.

At the end of this very disappointing moving day, the company didn't even offer us a discount for the inconvenience. I thought about telling the driver (who again was very gracious) to tell his boss, Jason, that he could come over to our house to pick up the check the next day between the hours of 2 and 4, and then not show up until 5:30. But as it was we paid the full price. I'm not one who normally goes around writing bad reviews of companys but this company's performance was so beyond the pale, that I feel my only recourse is to let other folks know about our experience with Mr. Movers.

Great customer service, great movers, great price. I called and scheduledl my move with Mr. Movers. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a flat rate for my move coming from Louisville KY to Murfreesboro TN. The truck and movers arrived on time (9:00 am) the movers (Nick and Tyler) were friendly and careful with my stuff and worked very hard. They had my entire 3 bedroom home loaded up and ready to hit the road in a little more than 2 hours. We made it to Murfreesboro without incident and the truck was unloaded and my new house was set up before 5:00 the same day. Everything arrived in great shape, Nick and Tyler were friendly and professional and my final cost was exactly what the office told me it would be. I got my moneys worth and then some.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! VERY HAPPY TO RECCOMEND. This company did a great job! We found them here on this site, called around and decided to use Mr. Mover because they had very good rates and were very helpful over the phone. The movers arrived as scheduled and were pleasantly polite. We have a fairly large home with lots of stairs, so we were surprised when we apologized for the stairs and their response was " dont worry about it, thats part of moving" . Anyways the movers were great, I believe their names were Nick and Scott (we also reccomend requesting them).

Due to the size of our home (3400 sq. ft) 2 crews and 2 trucks were reccomended by the Estimator (.sorry cant remember her name, but very nice and helpful). We felt like we could move all the boxes and small knick-knack stuff our selves, so we only wanted 1 truck and 2 men. Next time we'll listen to the professionals. Lets just say we didnt get our part done so the movers ended up making 2 truck loads instead of 1. They didnt seem to mind, just kept working hard, kept a positive attitude and kept moving. Infact they worked hard all day, never complained and never asked for anything. We are still amazed at how polite they were.

We found mr. mover on this web-site when we were looking around for a moving company, liked their rates and professionalism over the phone, had a great move, a great over-all experience and felt obligated to leave a review of our own. We dont want to move anytime soon but if we ever do we'll deffinatly call mr. mover again. We hope this is helpful to anyone who reads it.

Best Movers Anywhere. These guys are GREAT!!!!! We have lived all over the country, we have moved a ga-zillion times, and this company Rocks!!! They were on time , very polite and very, very professional. They were awesome over the phone and they were awesome at our home. They were very careful with our belongings (and our stuff is big and heavy), they padded all of our furniture, the door way, and the end of the staircase. They worked the whole time they were here and never complained about anything. They were very fast and finished almost 2 hours under the original estimate. We have moved literally all over the country and have never been as impressed with anyone as we have with this moving company. We will reccomend them to EVERYONE! Very Nice, very fast, very professional and very impressive!
