Best Staff and Watches in Town

I had no idea Nashville got a Cartier boutique while I wasn't looking!! My husband wanted this Cartier watch, but I was afraid to buy online. I called Cartier and asked them if they could send me some information and they told me that we had an authorized Cartier dealer in Green Hills!

There are no words that can express my gratitude to King Jewelers. My husband loves his new watch and his new cufflinks that I got him as a surprise. Thank you sooo much King Jewelers!!! I look forward to doing business with you again in the future!

Great Customer Service

Helped me with a watch that wouldn't stay wound. He helped me realize that there was a mechanical way to wind it as well as the automatic/motion/vibration method. I had just wound too far down for the auto method to wind it sufficiently. Thanks, saved me some $ but bought them a new customer!

Best Store I've been to in Years

I love watches of all kinds. I had been on the internet looking for dealers with used watches. I think I confused a site with your store. Long story short, I was in Green Hills and decided to stop in and have a look. I was greeted by Brad when I entered, and when he asked if he could assist me, I told him I was looking to see if you had any used men's watches. He told me not at this time but to please come in and look around. I have never been made to feel more appreciated and welcomed in any store, not just a jewelry store! I asked about Breitlings. He took me over to the display. He was very well versed in the brand, and took time to explain the different models. He allowed me to try on the ones I liked. Johna came over and asked if I'd like anything to drink and commented on a watch I was looking at. I was treated like I mattered and I could tell that I was appreciated. So many businesses today seem to put customer service way down the list. Well, I can tell that customer service matters to me and I only spend my hard earned money where it's appreciated. I purchased a beautiful Breitling Superocean. Every time I put it on I think about Brad, Johna and your store and it makes me feel great inside! I wanted to thank you for your store, and the caliber of people that I was fortunate enough to meet there. It will be hard for me not to stop by in the future and look over some nice watches, and chat with the good folks there. I felt inclined to share my experience with you. Please pass along my best wishes to Brad and Johna and thank them again for me.
