RedRawFish is right.." Agave Tequila Lounge Nashville..Horrible Service ".
i read the review..from redrawfish posted 10/17/08..the review was titled : GOOD FOOD, GREAT DRINKS HORRIBLE SERVICE..we to had a nightmare at AGAVE TEQUILA LOUNGE..redrawfish, would you recognize the the young female sever if you saw her again..! and do you remember her Name..?

the best part was the free chips & salsa. we decided to check out agave after hearing about it a lot. so we went one saturday night around 8-ish. it was packed and no one directed us to seating or helped us. we felt lost. we decided to move out to the patio so we could smoke. the waitress was okay, not fantastic or anything. my friends and i decided to try a pitcher of sangria. I guess since I have traveled to Spain, the birthplace of sangria, that I have pretty high expectations. So I would rate Agave's sangria maybe a 6. They did add tequila in there, of course, which was a twist I would have skipped. Like the heading says...the best part were the free chips and salsa. we left after an hour.

Good food, great drinks, horrible service.. So a group of friends and i descend on the Agave Tequila Lounge for a night of drinkies and fun...well it started off well, great drinks, and when our food came out it was pretty good. Food isn't their specialty, it's the drinks. However, our night soon went downhill when our server continually either ignored our calls for assistance, or she couldn't hear us...aside from our group, there were only 4 other customers in the entire place, so you would have thought we have had her undivided attention. Instead we sat there in hopes of our server coming by our table...also for the record, it became obvious that our server was drunk when she finally came to our table. By this time, we were the only customers in the place and the other staff people could be seen drinking at the bar. We finally had to grab another server to place an order for drinks and more food...25 minutes later our original drunk server brought our food out. We were ready to leave by that point, and of course our bill was screwed up. I now understand why the place is always empty. Don't waste your time coming here.

Why doesn't this place answer it's phone????. I've literally called this place 5 times a day for the last week trying to arrange for a tequila tasting party; no matter what time of day, they don't answer the phone and their voicemail box is full. Is this place even in business?

Fun place, great drinks!. Best margaritas I have had since being in Nashville, and best of all it's actually a really fun scene and not just an El Hole In The Wall Mexican place. My friends and I went on Friday night for the outdoor concert. Great show for just $5! I was only drinking, but one of my friends ate too and said the food was really good. We'll definitely go back.

Terrible customer service. I like this place and their margaritas. But last night my friends and I experienced the worst customer service I have ever had in Nashville. Our reservation was not properly addressed and the staff was quite rude. Especially our waitress, she had a major attitude. I would think twice before making a "reservation" for a large party at Agave. I do not believe servers should be rude because gratuity is included.

Stay Far Far Away!!!. well, not to mention this place is overpriced for the bland dry food (i.e. fish tacos) it's also trying so hard to be cool. stuck up attitudes, horrible service, we got our drinks spilt on us and didn't get an apology. my friend left his phone accidently and when we tried getting it back the manager Shannon was so rude and demeaning! she wouldn't help to get it back, we know exactly where it is and she refuses to help retrieve it!!! so unless you just love overpriced gross food, and people trying so hard to be cool STAY AWAY! mccdonalds has better customer service!

Although Agave is not responsible for personal property left on our premises, we make every effort to return it when possible. In this case it would be necessary to hire a carpenter to cut into our booth to retrieve the phone. This was explained to the customer.

Wresting. Can't go wrong with tequila and Mexican wrestling masks! I love the salsa, and the taco's rock. Definetely a place to "see and be seen"

Happy Endings. Agave is HOT!! They have the best margaritas...and even their house margaritas are excellent! My friends and I ended our night there and loved it! Highly Recommend
