Excellent experience!. Tammi was awesome. I made the mistake of going to the beauty school for an eye brow wax....she took her time and got my brows back on the right track. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! I will definitely come back.

Terrible. I have had a lot of massages over the years at many different places and this place wins the award for WORST. When I walked in the girl to give my massage was sitting there and told me to follow her. She never said hello or even introduced herself. I go and lay down on a freezing cold bed in a room that didn't have any relaxing music playing so that I could hear the conversations in the lobby. As for the massage, I'm not even sure if the girl had been to massage therapy school --- it was THAT bad. Instead of relaxing, the whole time I was thinking about how I totally wasted my money at this place. Hopefully, I was there at a bad time and got their worst therapist otherwise I don't know how this place can stay in business.

Great Job. Joe and Carol are what make Falling Water unique. In addition to them the different settings and peace and tranquility are wonderful. My husband and I have gone several times and have been had numerous massages and Joe and Carol and their team are by far the best.

5 of us for girls day out and it was just wonderful!!!. Monday, along with 4 of my friends we met at Falling waters for a "grils day out" which we do every month. I checked all over Nashville for the perfect place. The lady that answered the phone was so nice and helpful AND the price was to good to be true!! Not only did we have a great time, they treated us with the best food money could buy! We had a special room where we could sit and talk, we all ate together then went in for our personal treatments. What a wonderful day, please take my advice, go yourself and take a friend, you will not be sorry!!! Thank you Falling Waters and staff, you made us all feel so special and we all will be back!!

Not a peaceful place. Mis scheduled my appointment. Front desk attendant then yelled down the hall way to one of the therapists to see if she would go ahead with the massage. I walked out.

Amazing!!!!. Joe and Carol have really out done all other spas in Nashville with GREAT massage and price. I have been going to them for several years and they both are truly AMAZING. Its good to know you get MORE than your moneys worth.

Massage and Skin Care at its' best!. I've been going to Joe and Carol for years for my massage. It's great! But i love that they've added an Esthetician! I've been going to Tammi for several months now for my waxing. She is very particular and takes her time. My brows and bikini line have never looked better! She has given me samples of the "scream creme" to take the sting out of the process. I tried a european facial last month and by the time we were done my skin looked smooth and creamy. It was so relaxing I didn't want to get up at the end.

I am really happy to be able to go to one place for all my self-care.

Highly Professional, Courteous, Friendly, Accommodating Staff and Services. I have been a client of Falling Waters Body Works for eight (8) weeks, having both massage therapy and lymphatic services multiple times per week. I could not say enough good as I have been extremely well pleased with the services provided, with the highly skilled, professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating staff, with the cleanliness, most hygienic, well designed and decorative and relaxing surroundings. I have reaped benefit beyond measure and recommend Falling Waters Body Works to all.

In this short time, I have come to view Falling Waters Body Works staff as family though I knew none of the staff prior to being referred by a local physician. Each client is held in high esteem, is treated with respect

Wonderful relaxing place for a great massage!!!. I love Joe and Carol!! They have created a quiet themed oasis in the Mt. Juliet! I try to get a massage at least every two weeks and I bring my teenagers with me and never have a problem getting appointments at the same time! Just takes a little advance planning. This is a new establishment and have plenty of therapists that can come in if they know there are appointments for them! I know for a fact that they have accomodated several large parties where they will actually close the facility down for your function so they can focus soley on your party! This place is clean, comfortable and very bright and cheerful with the themed rooms!!!

Amazing!. I've been a customer of Joe and Carol for over 2 years! They are definitely one of the best in the business! In their new location, they have really created a relaxing and unique environment, offering themed rooms! I look forward to my next appointment!
