Excellent experience!

Tammi was awesome. I made the mistake of going to the beauty school for an eye brow wax....she took her time and got my brows back on the right track. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! I will definitely come back.

Terrible

I have had a lot of massages over the years at many different places and this place wins the award for WORST. When I walked in the girl to give my massage was sitting there and told me to follow her. She never said hello or even introduced herself. I go and lay down on a freezing cold bed in a room that didn't have any relaxing music playing so that I could hear the conversations in the lobby. As for the massage, I'm not even sure if the girl had been to massage therapy school --- it was THAT bad. Instead of relaxing, the whole time I was thinking about how I totally wasted my money at this place. Hopefully, I was there at a bad time and got their worst therapist otherwise I don't know how this place can stay in business.

Great Job

Joe and Carol are what make Falling Water unique. In addition to them the different settings and peace and tranquility are wonderful. My husband and I have gone several times and have been had numerous massages and Joe and Carol and their team are by far the best.

5 of us for girls day out and it was just wonderful!!!

Monday, along with 4 of my friends we met at Falling waters for a "grils day out" which we do every month. I checked all over Nashville for the perfect place. The lady that answered the phone was so nice and helpful AND the price was to good to be true!! Not only did we have a great time, they treated us with the best food money could buy! We had a special room where we could sit and talk, we all ate together then went in for our personal treatments. What a wonderful day, please take my advice, go yourself and take a friend, you will not be sorry!!! Thank you Falling Waters and staff, you made us all feel so special and we all will be back!!

Not a peaceful place

Mis scheduled my appointment. Front desk attendant then yelled down the hall way to one of the therapists to see if she would go ahead with the massage. I walked out.
