The ONLY Place I'd Go For Furniture.
I went in to replace my living room furniture which was destroyed by last year's flood. I previously tried Sticks N Stuff, then Rooms to Go, but the furniture, although cheap, started falling apart within weeks.
When I walked into the store, I was greeted by salesperson, Jeff Copeland. He asked if he could help me and then respected my space when I told him I just wanted to look around and he said I could ask for help any time.
I found this leather sofa set and fell in love with it on the spot, but was burned by something which looked similar at Rooms to Go. To boot, the price at American Signature was about $300 more. I looked for the salesman and he was more than happy to answer my questions and pointed out in great detail the differences in the quality of the furniture and how the price was worth the extra amount as it would last longer and endure more wear and tear.
I told him I would need time to think and he gave me his card. I went with my husband to Rooms to Go and looked at their sofa in more detail and Mr. Copeland was right about the difference in quality. We then went to American Signature and I showed my husband the sofa and I think even my husband was impressed on how much better this sofa was than Rooms to Go.
We bought about $2500 worth of furniture that day and came back and bought another $3000 for the bedrooms. My husband also bought furniture for some nursing home residents he works with on their behalf.
Delivery went smoothly and received it when they told us to expect it.
I would shop there again over ANY other furniture store in Nashville.
A Great Furniture Store!. We had bought a loveseat. When we got home it had a flaw in the back of it and the leg had broke off a little. I called and told the sales lady. She just told me they would have to order another one for us. They were very happy to make it right with us. We went to pick the exchange up which was on Sept. 20th and the gentleman helping in the return was very helpful. We will return to purchase other pieces of furniture.

I do want it all and wish I could have it all. For now I am enjoying my black lacquer bedroom suite.

Good Place to Buy Furniture. I have always had a good experience when I shop here. The staff has always been helpful but not pushy. They are friendly and don't linger while you are shopping. The prices are good and seem to be very reasonable for what you get. I will visit them again when I need something else and have recommended them to others.
Good Experience. My husband and I went to the location on Galleria Blvd and liked it just fine. We talked to a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson who was patient with our decision making process. She even let us shake and pull on the furniture to be sure it was sturdy enough! I think that means she has faith in their products! We bought a sofa set from them and we received everything in a timely fashion. The only complaint my husband had was the delivery people seemed a little disgruntled about moving the furniture where he wanted it to go but we did get everything we ordered. Its true that their policy is to repair it before they replace it but if you have good negotiating skills I think that could probably be a work around. We have to buy bedroom furniture now and since I've built trust with this company I'm going back.
Affordable Prices because their products stink. Customer service is atrocious and the store truly does not care if you are happy or not. Their products are delivered with problems; and their policy is never to replace furniture but to "try and repair" first. It is a nightmare trying to schedule repair work, and they do not bother to try and make anything right. The staff is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and they have no desire to "please the customer." Don't waste your money here. It certainly will not be appreciated.
