Great visits weekly. I laugh when I read "one hit wonders". I am a once a week regular to this Carrabbas and I never have a bad experience. Very thankful that someone at least cares for the customer. I do not expect perfection, but enjoy getting a fresh quality product served by a staff that does a better job than anyone in town. Keep up the great work!

Horrible Staff, Great Food. Regular Carrabba's Fan

Make the drive to go to other locations! I eat at this chain 1-3 times a month, and tonight was the absolute worst service I've ever receieved in a Hendersonville restaurant.

Our waiter Moses was nowhere to be seen. No water, no bread. 30-45min waits between refills for our drinks.

It was supposed to be a birthday outing, but after waiting over 30mins without even a glance from our waiter, we decided to skip dessert and move on.

Over the course of two hours, we only saw the guy enough times to order 2 rounds of drinks.

Carrabba's has great food and house wine, but I see no reason to ever recommend anyone go to this location.

Repeat customer. I think you should give a restaurant more than one try.

We've been 4 or 5 times and have never been dissapointed. Nice clean, sharp dressed servers that are attentive. One of the few places that I don't have to say "VERY, VERY, VERY RARE" to get a rare steak. I could make a meal of just the mussels and bread.

Been there, ate there, going back.
