The best care our dogs have had since moving to the Nashville area.. Jennifer and Jerry take care of our dogs as if they were their own. Our dogs always seem eager to go to Jennifer and are never stressed or show signs of anxiety after being picked up. You can call Jennifer at any time to check on your babies and she will always respond quickly, if not immediately. They are not left in cages, but allowed to interact with one another as well as Jennifer and her husband. Jennifer is very diligent in requiring an initial visit to ensure the dog's temperament and behavior will not be disruptive or dangerous to other dogs. The fact that she mainly takes smaller dogs is additional testament to her dedication to keeping dogs who will play well with each other! Jennifer is extremely helpful, even giving medications when needed. I have never experienced one moment of concern since leaving our dogs with Jennifer.

A little piece of doggy heaven!. We left our 8 yr. old pomeranian with Jennifer for a week, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the care he received. We searched for the perfect environment for our little boy, who is afraid of cages and hates to be left alone. Little Haleos was the perfect match! We were very impressed when we went on our first visit to check out her home. We searched for a place to board our dog for months before finding Little Haleos, and no other place measured up to our standards. Our boy felt at ease there, and because she had other dogs for him to socialize with, he didn't even notice when I walked out the door! Our dog needs to have a little extra supervision because of an injury he sustained in an attack by a pit-bull, so I'm always leary of leaving him with anyone. Jennifer was so understanding of my baby's needs, it was like leaving him with family. I only live about 15 min. from her place now, so using her services is very convenient, but even if we moved to the other side of Nashville I wouldn't hesitate to make the trip out to her little piece of doggy heaven. We will definitely use her services again, and I would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone with a small dog who needs extra love and attention.

Fantastic Experience. We adopted six year old beagle mix Darby two weeks before we had a planned weekend out of town. We looked at several boarders and felt most comfortable with Jennifer. The two things that impressed me first were that she requires an initial visit with your dog before she agrees to board your dog! No other place I found did that. The other thing that made me explore Little Haleos further is that she's been through formal training in dog behavior. When we met Jennifer and her husband they immediately put us at ease. Their personal dogs are friendly and seem to be very happy. We were also impressed with the physical set up. Loved the doggy dormitory upstairs. Darby stayed two nights at Little Haleos. When we picked her up she was happy-wagging her tail-playing with Jennifer's own dogs. When we got her home, she slept most of the afternoon, only waking up for her evening meal, then back to sleep. I will use Little Haleos again and recommend them to everyone I know who has a dog.

Worry free boarding!!. Little Haleos is the best place to leave your four-legged loved ones! We boarded our two mini daschunds for 6 days while we went on a cruise. I didn't worry about them for one minute! Jennifer and her husband were so great with Harley and Bella. They were so worn out from playing so much when we picked them up. It's great to know that we can leave them with such great people who we know will treat them like their own! We will definately be using them in the future!! Highly recommended!!!

A bit out of the way, but our boy is relaxed and free to roam!. We're in the Green Hills area so it's a bit of a hike to get to Jennifer's place, but it's worth it to know our boy is well taken care of and won't be cooped up in a kennel while we're gone. Our dog immediately took to the large open play area in the back where he could roam to his heart's content and interact with the other dogs. That did ME a lot of good, too, since I knew I would never be able to relax on my trip if I knew he was cooped up in a cage half the day. Jennifer is great with the dogs and they have plenty of things to do to stay entertained and happy. Plus, Jennifer makes the trip easier by meeting you at the exit for drop-off and pick-up. Her prices are very reasonable, especially given the environment our dog gets to stay in, and the hours are convenient. Two thumbs up.

Little Haleos Bed & Biscuit. Jennifer is very good with my dog. It is a very comfortable environment to leave your dog with no worries. Jennifer and her husband are both dog lovers and take very good care of their own animals. She is knowledgable about training and gives more time and attention than you would get elsewhere. I am very happy with the service I have received.

Worry-Free Boarding for the Humans!. Jennifer and her husband are wonderful. I will never worry again about my two babies. I am not easily pleased when it comes to leaving my dogs with strangers. However, Jennifer gave enough love to my babies that my anxiety has lessened greatly. I live in Hermitage, so it's a small hike to get over there, but it's totally worth it...plus she is great to meet me right off the interstate. I think my dogs were depressed leaving her place, too! Thanks, Jennifer!! Will be back soon!

WE'LL KEEP ON GOING!. If you're looking for a great place to board your smaller breed dog - look no further! Jennifer is flexible, easygoing, and her boarding is NON KENNEL! Since my dog considers the kennel the enemy, that is just perfect! She also helped me train my dog who was a very unhappy rescue. I can't say enough good things about our experience, but I CAN tell you we are not easily pleased and Little Haleos managed to please us just fine! We're taking Bosco down to stay with Little Haleos tomorrow while we go visit our daughter in college, and we won't worry about him for a MINUTE. And we'll keep going because we know he's happy and perfectly cared for :) I also forgot to mention that her prices are competitive for both training and boarding - guess that's even better!
