Bad service. I had a new faucet steams replaced. On Jan.7,2011 . Two months later my faucets in my tub was still leaking. I tried to call this company and the phone number was disconnected. I payed. $360.00. I had a 2 year warranty on the service but I never got any money or service after that. Please check out all companies before you wright a check for payment. Don't use this compay.…
Be careful. They may be out of business. This company may be out of business for all I know. We paid them over $5,000 to connect our sewer, and they never did the work, and won't return calls. We've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Fortunately we paid with credit card so we were able to recover our money, but others probably weren't so lucky. For several months they were responding to calls and they'd always say something like, "The weather has been bad but we'll be starting next week." After about 3 months of that they stopped returning calls altogether.…
Stay Away. I would never recommend this company. The owner is a used car salesman and will tell you what you want to hear. They low-balled the bid to get the work then upped the price and cut corners. They offered a $150 credit for additional work and did not honor it. I had to pay another plumber to correct the problems Wentworth caused. There are too many other companies wanting your business to deal with this group. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and Metro Codes.…

Extremely Thoughtful. Wentworth Plumbing installed our sewer connection and not only were we pleased with the work they did, but they were so courteous and professional. We had such an awesome experience, that as a gift of gratitude for our business, the owner sent us a $50 gift certificate to our favorite restaurant. We certainly enjoyed that and appreciate the thoughtfulness. We have referred all of our neighbors to use Wentworth for any needs they might have too!…
