Not to left unsupervised. I provided, by email, a very detailed list of my cleaning needs in preparation for selling my house. Brandi agreed to the contracted list of tasks, committed to three to four hours with two people, required payment prior to services rendered (I will NEVER do that again). I was not able to be here and trusted her to complete the tasks and respect her commitments. The result is that instead of 3-4 hours, she and her coworker spent 1 hours 45 mins doing approximatley 25% of the tasks, not even doing those tasks thoroughly. When I contacted her to express my disatisfaction, she emailed four days later with a illogical response, advised that she does not refund (by four days later, I had completed all the tasks that I had contracted with her to complete), and wished me a pleasant day. She is obviously very young and not professional. Avoid doing business with Phoenix Cleaning Services.

I have been through TONS of cleaning services. I didn't realize that I was over -paying for less than perfect service. They are a small family owned business and I feel that they have my best interests at heart. I have never met a more friendly crew. I just cant say enough!
Pros: Always leaves the house smelling clean, doesn't mind if I am at home.
Cons: I really dont have anything bad to say!
