$149 To get my HP back up in running. The tech guy said it had some corruption and they would have to reinstall my Windows. Picked up the computer just 2 days after I approved the work. I will use these guys again.

Great Service, Quick Turnaround. I brought in my 4yr old MacBook Pro which wouldn't start up. Tech Pro team provided excellent information and presented a customer-friendly approach to resolving problem. Cedric was great at managing my expectations. Received a phone call later that day with news that problem was fixed

Stress-free computer help !. I have a long and sad history with Best Buy, so going to TechPros was a breath of fresh air! Finally, I have found POSITIVE customer service! When I needed a great laptop for the long haul, the TechPros professionals were there to help me. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. When I was having trouble with my keyboard, the technician at TechPros helped me ON THE SPOT. He didn't make fun of me because all he had to do was adjust the sensitivity on my touch pad. Instead, he helped me with compassion and sent me on my way. No stress! I highly recommend Techpros for all of your computer needs. Now instead of my dreary past with Best Buy, I look forward to a bright future with TechPros.

Cedric's the Best. My computer was struck by lighting a couple of weeks ago. When it comes to computers, I'm completed lost. I had seen TechPros for years since I live downtown Franklin. I left my computer with Cedric one morning and before the day was out, he called with a diagnosis which was to no surprise. I needed a new computer but the good news was he's ability to restore all my data from my hard drive. He helped me decide on a new system and was able to transfer my old data successfully. He even went the extra step and helped me on the phone find another file I could not seem to locate. I was determined not to shop the Big Box stores and NEVER REGRET that decision. I would highly recommend Cedric and TechPros for all your computer needs.

LIFESAVERS!. My business laptop was not starting so I looked up a local repair shop here in Franklin. Techpros looked like a good business I can trust. Not only did they get my system running, they did it for a lot less then I was expecting. Mention you are a first time customer and they will give you a nice discount to earn your business. Technology Expertise You Can Rely On!. My antivirus software informed me that winlogon.exe is infected with a virus and I tried to fix it by deleting winlogon.exe but it does not allow me to delete it and I tried to clean it up with my antivirus software installed in my computer but it is not working! Everything just freezes! I called Techpros and they fix it in no time! I'm so glad to find Techpros and help me solve my computer troubles without having to spend so much and wait.

TechPros Rock!. Okay, I was having a complete melt down. Upgraded my mac to Office 2011 and got a new Blackberry Torch. They no longer worked like they should and I could not run my business from Mac Pro, no emailing, no internet! They came quickly to my rescue and spent all the time I didn't have talking to whomever to get my problem solved! They are my heros and they did not charge me a fortune for my emergency! What a nice surprise, professional, fun and quick without overcharging. I will be back for all my Apple needs! Thanks so much!

Tech pros recovered all of my data. During the floods my server for my business was completely submerged in water. I thought that my business doors would have to close not having a backup or anything. Techpros sorry I didn't write this review sooner, but THANK YOU! These guys were prompt, professional, nice office, overall great experience in the worst of times. Thanks again guys! Highly recommend them.

Super Awesome Apple Repair close to Franklin. My Macbook Pro drive was getting full so I called the guys at Techpros in Franklin. They where able to recommend a solution that was way more effective than buying a new Macbook Pro. The final result, they copied my current hard drive and put it onto a new larger hard drive and everything is the exact same. The turnaround time was great too! Thanks to David and Techpros for helping me.

Great group of guys!. Oh my, looks like you cannot make everybody happy, huh? I experience that in my industry too! Don't worry about it!

Anyways, about my repair and service with Techpros.

My computer would not boot. Techpros diagnosed my issue and had me up in running in about 3 days. That was very important because it was my work computer. Also, they where very thorough in explaining their service. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
