HORRIABLE!!!!!!!!. I came to this Fantastic Sam's when an attempt to dye my sister's hair at home went horribly wrong. The actual stylist that fixed my sister's hair was very professional and did an excellent job, however that cannot be said for everyone else in the store. I think his name was clay.

While we were waiting, one of the stylists, who must have been really bored, came to point and laugh. When she finished making fun of the streaks, she lectured us on why red dying your hair red is a horrible idea, that being blonde like her was far better overall, and didn't require as much upkeep. While that may or may not be true, when one wants to be a redhead, you can't talk them from a bright red to a peroxide blonde. It just won't happen. Plus, it's really none of her business.

She left for a short while only to return about 15 minutes later with two other stylists in tow. Rather than talking about my sister, they proceeded to gossip about several other customers in the store at the time. The receptionist hushed them several times because she was afraid the other customers might have overheard.

One of them left and returned with a package that made all of them very excited. They kept talking about how great this product was, how they couldn't wait to try it, and since they had time, they should do it now.

So I have to admit, I was pretty curious and I tried to turn around in my chair to see if I could get a look at whatever this great thing is. I saw one of the stylists holding out her hand while the other was pressing something to it. I looked around for the box, and that's when I realized what they were doing: They were freezing each other's warts off.

I wouldn't trust anybody else in that store except for the guy who cut my hair!
