Worst experience!!!!!. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hold in the wall.

Wouldn't think about renting anywhere else. I love this place. Gotten two proms, been a groomsman twice, and a gala. They really know their stuff and actually give you old-fashioned service like putting your coat on for you and hanging your things. I definitely recommend them, big selection and competitive prices with the big chains, but triple the service. Only once have I ever had something not fit right, and they replaced it for me free of charge by the next morning. Go here.

Poor fit, long waits (at times), overbearing owner. I was in two friends' weddings on back-to-back weekends this past summer. I rented from Gilda for both. I was measured personally by Gilda, yet both jackets were too snug, both jackets' sleeves were substantially too long (and thus had to be "tacked" for each wedding, which was quite uncomfortable), and both pairs of pants were a little short. In addition -- while I do think she is a basically decent person -- Gilda was a little too comfortable adjusting my clothing while it was on me (in other words, she was a little too "handsy" for my taste...or my fiancee's). I am very well versed in menswear and have been for years, but I felt like it was assumed that I knew nothing. Many guys don't know much, but I assure you, I am capable of putting on a vest without assistance; of course, so could a chimpanzee, but I was firmly instructed not to put on the vest and jacket without her help. What?!? And the shoes for one of the weddings arrived in need of a good shining. And after two consecutive weekends of visits from me, Gilda then presumed I'd be using her for my own wedding. But I won't. My experience wasn't awful, but it's fair to say that it was unpleasant. And that's insufficient, especially when their prices are the same as everyone else's.

Worst customer service anywhere!!. The service I recieved there was awful. They were rude and did not listen to us. My experience was horrible and I will never be back. I recommend you never go.

Best run tuxedo rental shop in town!. Gilda, the owner, becomes a friend to all her customers...she has a lot of return customers, as well as personal referrals. Gilda also cares about her community and has been active in both Goodlettsville and Madison Chambers of Commerce. She often will get involved for a fashion show/charity event when her customers are involved. The new store is very nice and convenient--you can park in front of her shop. Make Ambassadors Formal Wear your only stop when needing tuxedo rentals.
