I am a 38 year old woman, mother of two who juggles doing it all, from working, to being a mom, wife and friend to trying my best to stay fit and heathly. I have been athletic my whole life, growing up in Aspen CO - I was a ski racer, played team sports and did tons of hiking and biking in the mountains. Being in shape has always been important to me and I have had many trainers over the past 20 years.
About 7 months ago I decided that I wanted to look and feel better - I decided it was time for me to invest in myself again - (getting on a stairmaster for 45 minutes and calling it a day wasn't cutting it anymore) I wanted more, I decided I don't want to give up and accept that this is what it is from now on.
So I hired Don Jole, one of the best investments I've made in myself. Don Jole is an extrodinary trainer! He knows exactly what he's doing and I feel confident and safe with him. I have had major reconstructive knee surgery on both of my knees and I can honestly say for the first time since my injuries I feel stronger than ever - I feel like my body is back, that I can use my body again in ways that I haven't for years for fear of re-injuring myself and having to go back under the knife.
Don has really healed my body, I look forward to working out with him, It is never the same old thing, I am ALWAYS challenged and never bored. He makes me laugh while I'm practically dying and I LOVE IT!
I've not only seen the results as many, many others have, but I feel them - I feel better than ever, I feel strong and beautiful. I truly feel like my body is the best it can be. I really knew all of my efforts with Don were paying off when I went home for my 20th high school reunion and I got the "hottest chick" award. Hey - I'll take it - it's great being considered "hot" at 38! I hope to be hot at "50" and I think I will if I continue working out with Don.

Results-oriented training that works!!!.
I am a 36 year old mom with a four year old and a two year old. Like many 30-something moms, I had a few pounds I wanted to lose. In April, I began working out with Don. Within the first 6 weeks, I could see huge improvement- not just the fact that the muscles in my arms and legs were beginning to be defined but also in my overall strength and endurance. By the middle of the summer, I had lost 12 pounds and 3 dress sizes. I am currently wearing a size 0! I haven't worn a 0 since I was 15 years old! My arms, legs, abs, and butt have never looked better. I also love the way my new low slung jeans look. And so does my husband :)

In addition to his ability to motivate, Don is energetic and funny. I always have a good time when we work out, even when I am sweating like crazy. I actually look forward to working out.
