Best Hair Salon in Hendersonville. Everytime I visit this Salon, I have a great experience. Katie is my stylist and she always has a wonderful attitude and is nothing but professional all the time. Katie has been my stylist for over 7 years and I have never once left the Salon feeling unsatisfied.

Cut and Color. I have been to Allure numerous times, yet each time left me disappointed.

My stylist Katie, was so friendly and personable, but as far as professionalism goes, not so much. Sometimes I felt I was just being "squeezed" in between two of her other clients time slots. Another time she was doing a treatment on her own hair when I walked in for my appointment. I've always been happy with the way she cuts my hair, but color not at all. One time she bleached my entire head when I specifically asked for just highlights. Needless to say I drove home crying with damaged ends.

The salon itself is pretty nice, and comfortable. Her offering me for a beverage was a very nice touch, yet just handing me a can of coke is a bit redneck in my opinion. It could at least come in a glass.

Although some of the girls' attitudes in there definitely lives up to the "Hendersonville Persona", there are a few things they could work on.

Highlights and Hair Cut. I have been getting my hair done at the same place for 8 years. The guy who usually cuts and colors my hair has decided to take a different job. I am extremely picky on how my hair gets done and who does it. I would like to say I chose this place due to convenience. I was very nervous however I ended up walking out very very happy! Sorelle did highlighs and trimmed my hair and I have to say I was Very pleased with all of it. She was great! I have recommended her to all of my frirends and will be going back!

"Repulsion". They fancy themselves as an "upscale" salon and charge outrageous prices for doing very bad hair. Hello, it's in a cheesy stripmall on Gallatin Road - not West End or Brentwood. They were fairly friendly but the girl fried my hair sooooo bad, that I had to get it all cut off. But that didn't stop them from charging me almost $200!!! The girl who colored my hair could not have been over 21. Bottom line: If you are going to get your hair done in a strip mall, be prepared for a strip mall hair cut/color. Do not go there.
