Studio 20 - Wonderful Salon!!!!. I received a cut, color, wax and the new Brazilian Blowout at Studio 20 a few weeks ago and the service was awesome. My hair looks the best it has looked in years. I would highly recomment Studio 20! Great prices, service & friendly stylists! A+

POOR SERVICE AND PEOPLE SKILLS. I was in the salon a few times and each time I heard the salon owner/manager and staff talking about other customers. It made me wonder what they said when I wasn't there. Also my HAIR COLOR STINKS!!! I hade to go to another salon in Franklin to get it fixed because I didnt trust the girl to fix it. I guess they should focus on hair techniques more than gossiping about others!! NEEDS HELP!!!!
