Horrible Experience!!!!. I purchased a bikini and full leg package from here and at first i really liked this place, until i also visited nashville laser spa. After visiting NSL, i have to say that my visits were absolute TORTURE at franklin skin and laser. they started my laser BIKINI package out at either a 14 or 16, and if you dont know how painful that is, well i basically left in tears. not to mention the fact that the first few treatments i got from them i left with huge red welts all over my legs and bikini and it itched like crazy.and until my last two treatments i just had to grit my teeth and bear it. Then when I had my first visit at NSL, it was great, they started me out at a low setting and it worked just as well as when I was getting "torture" treatments. On my last visit when i asked them to turn the laser setting down at franklin skin and laser, their idea of turning it down was turning it to like a 20. Now after all that money and pain I went through my legs, nor my bikini are hair free. I would not go through it again if you PAID ME!

Very Nice Experience. I loved everything about this experience. The staff was very helpful and professional. The doctor listened to me with laser beam precision (no pun intended). He seemed honest and forthright about what he could and couldn't do, which I appreciated. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I really liked him. I liked everything about the entire experience. I would go back.

I couldn't be happier!. I have been going to Franklin Skin and Laser for laser hair removal treatments and I couldn't be happier both with the experience and with the results. I had been thinking about getting laser hair removal for a while, but hesitated. Once I spoke with them I knew it was the right thing for me.

The staff has been friendly, professional and discreet, and the aesthetician was amazing! I thought I would feel awkward and nervous, but she was able to put me completely at ease and the procedures have gone smoothly and quickly.

I felt like they all took great care of me and treated me as an individual and not just some nameless person. I really appreciated the time they took answering my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way.

I also couldn't believe how quickly I saw results! I won't have to spend so much time and money shaving/waxing anymore!

I only wish I had gone there sooner!

They do wonders for your skin!. I work in the entertainment industry, and it's important for my skin to be at its best at all times. Being twenty-four years old, you would think acne would have left my body by now, but surprisingly, it had got worse with age. After having enough of trying to cover it up with makeup daily, I went to Dr. Bengelsdorf in Franklin after reading so many great reviews on him and his staff. The reviews stand true. Not only do I appreciate the reminder calls for appointments (thanks Sarah and Trina), but I also appreciate being greeted with a smile when I come through the door. Little things like that matter to me. As for Dr. Bengelsdorf, after a thorough evaluation of my skin, I was clearly an "interesting" case, but he knew just what to do. I felt completely at ease, did exactly what he told me to do, and almost 6 months later my skin is practically flawless. I cannot thank him and his staff enough for being so efficient, patient and knowledgeable about my skin. They truly do take the time to get know you and your skin and before you know it, you have your desired result... all because they really do care. My skin (and my confidence) can't thank them enough!

No more waxing for me!!. I just completed my 5th session of laser hair removal for my legs and underarms and I could not be happier! Carmen is fantastic and so thorough. I am no longer running to get waxed all the time, I don't have embarrassing, coarse hair all over my legs anymore. Everyone at Franklin Skin & Laser is so nice and professional and the results are amazing. Also, it wasn't even that expensive if you compare it to waxing. They are the best! Would recommend them without a doubt.

They love you and your skin!. This is a testimonial about Dr. B and the staff at Franklin Center for Skin and Laser. Everyone takes the time to get to know you and your skin. I feel like I'm the most important person and a top priority when Dr. B and every member of his staff talk with me. I have had laser hair removal and several other laser procedures on my face, and Dr. B., Carmen, Casey and all of the staff take great care of me. Why would anyone go anywhere else? These are caring professionals who go the extra mile to give me their expertise, time and compassion. Thank you to each one of you for giving me back confidence and self esteem.

Precise medicine for your skin. I suffered with adult acne and sensitive skin for years before I sought a solution by going to Franklin Skin and Laser. Now, after just two visits, my problems are history. Dr. B. was able to pin point the mistakes I was making with regard to my skin and suggest simple, yet highly effective solutions.

Other clinics tried to power sell me a stretched out regimen of treatments that would have ultimately been a waste of time and money. If you value your skin, I would highly recommend Franklin Skin and Laser.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!. I have now gone to "Dr. B" for several procedures, and he is amazing! Along with being highly professional and knowledgeable, he really listens to my needs/concerns and never rushes me. Unlike other doctors, I don't feel like he overbooks his days, so he really gives me the adequate time I desire.

He is pretty conservative with his procedures and is very much a perfectionist - all good with me, especially when it comes to my face! My satisfaction is a top priority.

I definitely look younger and more refreshed, yet my results are subtle (thank goodness - I don't want a frozen face.) I couldn't be happier.

The cherry on top is that the staff is incredibly warm and friendly.

Best place I have been, hands down.

Franklin Skin & Laser. OMG! I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with the photorejuvenation process. I'm 41 years old and had some serious age spots, one particular HUGE one on my forehead. After the first painless procedure that was performed on Saturday and which Carmen explained in detailed , 95% of the spots disappeard by the following Wednesday.

My face hasn't looked this healthy since my teens! Ladies...dont' hesitate...I too was hesitant and skeptica but with these results...RUN...DON't WALK and be sure you ask for Carmen...she is the BEST!!

Awesome Results!. The Doctor and his team were so professional, made me feel at ease and explained the procedure thoroughly. My results are amazing! Friends commented on how refreshed I looked but the change was subtle yet exactly what I expected. I have found the perfect place!
