I am a 5 Year patient of various services. I have friends who moved away that still plan their visits around appointments at Franklin Skin and Laser. Very consistent and conservative diagnosis. I will not go anywhere else, not even a Groupon can tempt me away! Dr. Bengelsdorf has completely earned my trust.

I have been going to Franklin Skin and Laser for several years now to see Dr. Steven Bengelsdorf. Doctor Bengelsdorf is a Board Certified Surgeon with years of experience and continuing education.

He is an MD and his practice is privately owned and operated; it's NOT the standard doc-in-the-box franchise you find on every corner in Williamson County. Doctor B and his staff are interested in each patient and take the time to assess your individual needs. They are skilled, professional, educated and never try to “sell” you any product or procedure.

The Franklin Skin & Laser office is well staffed and efficiently run. You will never find yourself waiting for your appointment because you’ve been double-booked. This is a business that cares about YOU. I would highly recommend Franklin Skin & Laser to anyone.

A great find! I've been a patient of Franklin Skin & Laser for a year and a half, and I couldn't be happier! Dr. B. takes the time to listen to my concerns and to create an individual treatment plan that is in my best interest. He is conservative in his approach, and I appreciate that he's upfront and honest in his assessment. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they really do go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. It's nice to find a doctor who truly wants and strives to do his best to correct my concerns. Franklin Skin & Laser is highly recommended!

Absolutely THE BEST! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin. If you have ever thought about laser hair removal or scar revision, come to FS&L. You owe it to yourself. Everyone at Franklin Skin and Laser truly cares about you and will help you with whatever your needs are.

I've struggled with skin problems for the majority of my life. I've had many bad experiences with rude Dermatologists and inexperienced laser spas that left me with no results and more hopelessness.

Dr. B is extremely knowledgeable and kindhearted. He not only knew exactly how to treat my various problems but also taught me so much about my skin. I have great appreciation for his honesty and patience. He will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of and the entire staff will make you feel so important. I've been getting treatments with Carmen for over a year and she is fabulous.

Franklin Skin and Laser has made an incredible difference in my life. I used to have deep scars on my face but now they are barely visible. Dr. B let me know my options with laser hair removal and how it would help aleviate my problems but never pressured me to do anything. I was apprehensive due to previous experiences but after the success of my scar revision, I tried the laser hair removal and am so thankful I did. I have clear patches of skin for the first time in over a decade.

If you have skin problems like I did, you don't have to accept it. There is hope! Come to a reputable place like Franklin Skin and Laser and start treatments to get your life back. I've gained self-esteem and freedom I never thought I'd have.

I would highly recommend FS&L to anyone a thousand times over. Thank you everyone at FS&L for all you have done for me.

I had moved away briefly (business transfer) and when I got transferred back, I was delighted to find Franklin Skin and Laser still going strong! They by far are the best any where (I have been to 3 in 3 different states).

I just read a review (see below) and was taken back by this person's lack of respect. I am told by others that I am a attractive man... in my late 30's and have always had my treatments with the person, Trish that this guy mentioned. She is and has always been nothing but

very professional, well trained, and courteous. I was so pleased seeing she was still there. It's a shame anyone can write anything they want on the web at times. This sounds like to me this guy must have had a "crush or thing" for her and as pretty as she is wanted nothing to do with this pervert. All one has to do is look at the other fine reviews written about this well established business to see that was written out of spite. The fact that this guy was so disrespectful putting a persons full name Online tells me a whole lot about what is the true situation. Let me just say that in my business I am trained to spot this type of "unusual" behavior. This seems like a classic case of what I read in my manuals.

On behave of the 99% of customers who trust and love Dr B and staff please accept my apology for one unruly and my guess "rejected" customer. Trish you continue treating your patients as you have and thank you for what you do for us.

I have been going here for several years and I love it. Trish has been doing my dermaplaning and my microdermabrasions and she is fabulous. I highly recommend Franklin Skin and Laser.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Franklin Skin and Laser. I went in for Laser Hair Removal and cannot believe my results. I previously went to another place in Nashville and was very disenchanted by the spa's high prices and sales pressure. At Franklin Skin and Laser, I really feel like they care about you and are not just out for the money. Trish and Carmen, the laser specialists, are the best! I had my legs lasered ad now I don't have to shave. I am going to move on to other body parts next. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else!

I wouldn't go anywhere else!. My family and I have been patients of Franklin Skin and Laser for over a year, and have been beyond pleased with our experience. Each treatment that we have received has been individualized for our specific needs, ensuring the success of all treatments. Franklin Skin and laser goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy, and comfortable, before, during, and after treatments. In the past, we have gone to several other dermatologist and plastic surgeon offices for treatments, and no other office compares to the exceptional treatment we have received at Franklin Skin and Laser.

Wonderful Service and Great Results. I've been going here for several years now for various services. I've had both laser hair removal and laser vein treatments. The results have been amazing. I have course dark hair so laser hair treatments can be very painful; however the staff was very accommodating. It only took 2 treatments before I started to see results. I even took my children there to have their warts removed. They loved Dr.B. I've tried several of the products they carry and I love the Sunforgettable.
