Poor customer service and misguided diagnosis. We called C&M to come out to fix our heating system. The repair technician said that he couldn't be sure how exactly our system worked, but that he believed that our circuit board was not opening the dampers to the downstairs of our home, and he showed us where the circuit board was damaged.

We had to order the part from the manufacturer. When we called C&M to come out to install the new circuit board, the tech read over the box for a half hour, then decided it was not the right part. It was the EXACTsame part that he told us was faulty 2 weeks prior. (We even took a picture of it and sent it to the manufacturer)

We are now stuck with a $250 part we cannot use, and C&M wants to bill us over $100 for service to come to our house and NOT install the part that they were wrong about in the first place. They say it's the manufacturer's fault for sending the wrong part, but the reality is they have handled the situation with poor customer service and poor expertise. We still have no heat to our downstairs, and we will not be calling C&M in the future. I would be wary of this company.
