Don't waste your time or money. The employees were cold, almost rude and I had poor results. I purchased a groupon for 6 laser hair removals. On my first visit I walked in and the guy behind the desk didn't even look up. After several minutes he got up and left without speaking to me. Someone else took his place and I told her the previous person didn't speak to me or have me sign in and she told me to ignore him, "he's the owner." !!!!! It's so obvious they couldn't care less about the client. Don't use this place…
Very bad experience and an idiot owner - Jamie Fox.
My experience with Skin Renew does not even deserve one star. I went to Skin Renew to check on one thing and came out with a very expensive pkg. consisting of Obagi products and the Obagi Blu Peel
for $925. For those that do not know what a Blu Peel is...its painful, very invasive and a long recovery time. You truely look like you have been in a very bad fire and your skin peels horribly (but that is suppose to happen to get beautiful skin) After most of the peeling it was suggested to me to have the Silk peel to enhance the affects of the Blu Peel. I had an adverse reaction which followed with them giving me a moisture treatment to correct the adverse reaction. It did not work at all. I've met with Heather and the owner who says his name is Jamie Fox over my dissatisfaction and crummy skin.
Jamie Fox said that this probably happens every 1 out of 4 people...Heather said it has never happened before!!! Can you believe this idiot says they have a problem 25% of the time!!! I requested a refund just for the Blu Peel but was denied. Oh, forgot to mention that I made several phone calls to them over the months and they seems not to like to return phone calls if you are having problems. This business has a long long way to go to improve. I would NOT suggest anyone to go there.…

Run, Don't Walk. I originally found this place by buying through Groupon. I wish I never did. I went in for one procedure and was talked into buying a bunch more that I did not need. Heather will try to sell you anything, whether you need it or not. She will give you product to use without telling you the cost involved until after its too late. They gave me so much botox, that I am not being used in Teaching Doctors offices of what NOT to do when administering botox. They injected so much botox into my forhead (they make more money that way) that my muscle above my eyes fell and I can hardly open my eyes. I have lost so much money and look terrible. The owner Jimmy does not care what happens in his office, as long as he gets his money. This office is the most unprofessional office I have ever walked into. Please, if you want to have any of these procedures done, do your homework on the aestiticians and expecially the office manager. I wish I did but now its too late.…
