I went to Skin Renew because a friend had been and liked the service she had, so I thought I would check about laser hair removal and I have had great results!!!. Way better than expected and I have enjoyed the staff each time I have been in. The staff is very professional and friendly. I am going to be doing more services with them after I finish my hair removal. Thanks Skin Renew. I would recommend them to anyone who has questions about your skin.

I just love Skin Renew and the staff is great. I have had problems with pigment damage for years and Skin Renew has really improved my skin. I also started hair removal treatments several months ago and love the results.

I will do other treatments at Skin Renew, I am planning on Botox and fillers next.

You have to go to this place, best in town for skin care.

I have had great results at Skin Renew. I started experiencing adult acne in my late 30's. The staff at Skin Renew put me on a treatment plan for acne and I have seen great results. The staff has been very supportive.

My teenage son is now going to Skin Renew for his breakouts and I have started doing other treatment myself.

I highly recommend Skin Renew for all your skin care needs

I highly recommend Skin Renew!!! I have been to several other places looking for someone to educate me on what to do with my skin and Leigh at Skin Renew was exactly what I was looking for. I have had amazing results and wonderful experience with everyone who works there. Very professional and friendly.

My results of hair removal were good. I would say 85% successful. But, I missed a couple of appointments which they started charging me $50. I understand it was wrong to miss. Then one morning I had to wait because the technician was stuck in traffic. I suggested I should then receive a refund if they were going to charge me the other way. I was received very coldly by the office manager and ending up paying extra for treatments to finish. I felt that she had a need to punish me, the customer. Poor customer service. I won't go back.

Employees are rude and condescending. They kept me waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes and I was the first appointment of the day. They don't say hello or good bye. The aesthetician swabbed my entire face with rubbing alcohol without even warning me or telling me to hold my breath. I had 3 treatments at $600 and no noticeable results. Run - don't walk is right!

Like others have said...run, don't walk.....from this place!

Each time I called to get an appointment, I was placed on hold a minimum of three times.

A service that was included with my Groupon 3 months ago was suddenly a $65 up charge on recent appointment.

"Full force" up-sale at work from the minute you walk in.

If you like strong up selling, marginal service, questionable business practices.....this is your place!
