Manager needs a lesson in etiquette

The manager at Balisimo is quite rude and unfriendly. He's on his cell phone (with his ear piece) constantly. I went to the spa for a pedicure, and I was talking on my cell phone to my mom, who lives out of state. The manager refused to allow me to have the pedicure until I hung up the phone! The reason I was so irked by his rudeness, is because everytime I've been there, the employees are yacking away in Vietnamese into their ear pieces! There are signs in the spa which say "No cell phones" and yet the employees and the manager are constantly using their cell phones. I've not been back to the place since this happened, and I don't intend to go back, nor can I recommend it to anyone. I've always considered it very unprofessional to speak in another language in front of people, and this is a constant occurence at Balisimo!

• Cons: Rude manager, employees always talking to ear pieces

Loves It!

I have been going to this spa since it opened & have always enjoyed it. I recommend it to everyone & have never gotten negative feedback. I got my pre wedding mani & pedi here with my mother in law & she wants to go everytime she visits.

Best Day Spa in Murfreesbro

I have just move here from California met someone in The Mall of Green Hills and that person recommended this place to me. I probably would not try it but she told me that she and her family and friends drive from green hills to murfreesboro to go to this spa. I called for an appointement the person on the phone seemed very knowledgeable and was able to assist and accomodate my request. Place was very Classy Upscale and very clean, employees was very courteous. I got a summer deluxe pedi. and mani. that was the best job i have recieve. They even gave me a glass of wine, which i thougt was really nice. Pedicure was the most relaxing and enjoyable one that i have ever recieve. Tammy the girl that gave me an eyebrow arch she is wonderful my brows have never look this great. These guys are awesome highly recommended. Price is very descent.
