I booked a limo for my best friend's bachelor party through this company. I confirmed the pickup time TWO TIMES before the night arrived. 9 oclock, all TWELVE party-goers stepped outside to wait
for the car. 9:30, still no car. 9:45, STILL NO CAR. By 10, I had given up and called another company to come get us.
The guy who owns the company uses his cellphone to run his business and TURNED IT OFF when I started calling around 9:15. When I called other limo companies, the other operators said "yeah, the guy who owns that company is very shady."
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO TAKE A CAB INSTEAD OF CONSIDERING GIVING WORLD CLASS YOUR BUSINESS.
