No Show - TWICE

This is my third effort at reviewing this company. I first reviewed it after they missed my appointment and didn't call or email (or respond to emails). I then edited it when they got back to me over 24 hours later, said they had the wrong number and couldn't come due to the weather, and asked to reschedule. That rescheduled appointment was today. They no showed again. I called the detailer twice. Left two messages. No reply. To say this company has sketchy customer service is an understatement. Buyer beware.

Groupon Fan of MAD Detailing

WOW! What a great service and great price they offered through Groupon. I got a Full-detail on my minivan and it was spotless. That is hard to do with 3 kids in it everyday. They were on-time and very professional. I was so happy I decided to buy 3 semidetails just to help keep it clean. I will now use Groupon for a lot more purchases thanks to Get MAD Detailing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Don't get their Groupon deals

I bought 6 Groupon deals from these guys as gifts. They changed the rules after 2 months and reneged on their offer. I had some very irritated clients and I was embarrassed beyond belief.

Spotless detail!!!

I set up an appointment with MAD. They fit me in with relatively short notice and showed up right on time! I was able to stay at work while the vehicle was detailed and came out to a beautifully clean car. There were some nasty stains on the carpet and seats and MAD took care of all of them. Very happy with the overall product. I definitely would recommend them!
