The BEST in Nashville!!!!!!!!!!!. Get MAD was the best detailing company I have every used.They were very informative in explaining to me what packages they offered and which package would be best for me...I got the fulldetail and was very happy...I signed up on there Yearly Package and now they clean my car every month.It's hard to find a company that you can trust.Get MAD is very trustworthy and professional...I will continue to let all my family and friends know about Get MAD...

This place is a joke. They ignored three appointments I set up. Showed up with a car, two guys, and a shop vac. They spent 45 min doing who knows what to my car. Knocked on my door, handed me my keys and left without me getting a look at my car. The inside had been poorly vacuumed, nothing had been wiped down or cleaned off. The car looked wet, but it had been raining and the tires were still dirty. Thankfully they didn't ask for the extra $20 it "should" have been for an SUV and didn't wait for a tip (that they wouldn't have received, except to do a better job) Never again. This was their Portland guys (who never introduced themselves)

They are a great service Ive been useing them for a while now. I never had a problem. It sounds to me like the competitors are trying to give them the shaft. I had even bought details for my kids and they love them. Don't belive the lies. Thank you MAD for jobs well done.

I bought 2 groupons and had 2 3hr appts (6 hrs total), The guy was here for a total of 2 hours. Their full detail is supposed to include:

hand wash/dry, bug removal (not done), clean wheels (mine were left filthy), wax (wax streaks all over), gloss wheels (poorly with tire shine streaks all over the sides of the car), pressure vacuum (not vacuumed), shampoo carpets/mats (not done), clean/condition seats (grease dripping on seats), clean interior trim/cup holders (not done), door jams/panels (not done), air vents dusted (not done).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They spent 2 hours to "detail" 2 cars. A child could have done a better job.

DONT use this company. I bought a detail job off of Groupon. I had 3 young thugs come to my home to do my "detail" They did an absolute AWFUL job. DId not even wash my car. I think they just wiped it down to make it look as though it was washed. I have 3 rows and leather interior. They did not even TOUCH my thrid row as there was still dust. Honestly, my 9 and 11 year old kids would have done a WAY better job. Then at the end, they killed the battery on my car b/c I think they had my radio on the 3 hours it took them. I also paid and ADDITIONAL $25 in cash to them directly b/c they indicated it was going to be very difficult to get all the doghair off the material on the back of my 3rd row. I called and complained the very next morning they individual told me he was going to send me a refun check and send someone else out to do the job correctly. It is now 2 weeks later, no refund check and certainly no one else has contacted me. I just called again in inquire about my check and they apologized saying they mus have missed it and he would be cutting it today. I am FURIOUS and wil NEVER use this company. I waited over a month for my appointment. It was suppose to be at noon and they guy called me at 12:15. the day of my appointment and told me that he wouldnt be at my home until after 3!!! Because of this, I had to cancel my kids activities because he was not done until 6:15 and my car was DEAD.......... NOT a happy customer. I hit 1 STAR when really I would give them negative STARS!!!!!!!

Mobile Auto Detailing is COOL...... Finally found a professional mobile detailing company. MAD had a easy to use website that allowed me to book my appointment quickly. They had a virtual image that explained the packages in great detail. I knew what I was getting unlike many other companies who paint a pretty picture. After they came out and completed my detail my minivan looked great. They spent around 3 hours cleaning my minivan. I will tell everyone about MAD Detailing and continue to use them.

Loved The Service as they came to me. This was a great service. I found them on Groupon and purchased their half off deal. I used their online booking system to make the appointment for the following week. The reminder and confirmation emails helped me keep my schedule straight. MAD showed up on time and Jake was very pleasant. I had 2 cars (a very very dirty minivan and a Yukon XL) He did one at a time so that I was able to run an errand during the detail process. The exterior of the car looked great as the hand wash & wax was able to get off dirt and grime that years of automatic car washes left behind. My wheels shined and all the brake dust was off the rims. The windows were just a little streaky in the rear but all of the hand prints were gone. The interior is where I needed the most work and it got it. The seats where cleaned and my panels where dust free. Where I grab the door handle was even cleaned as a layer of dirt had accumulated. The cupholders and gearshift area was spotless which most detail companies forget. My carpets looked and smelled amazing as most of the stains came out. I even noticed that the area between the seat and console was even cleaned. I would like to use them again as I enjoy having a clean car and not wasting my day at the detail shop. Thanks Get MAD for my clean cars

Beware - No show, no phone, no refunds. I wished I could say they did great work. But when I bought their Groupon special, I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Detailer canceled appointment and promised to call me that evening to reschedule. I've left several messages with the local detailer as well as national. After leaving several messages, I finally got ahold of someone at national. They promised to call me back as they were on the road. No call back from either national or the local detailer.

Save your money and go somewhere else. This company appears to be a sham, forcing appointments to be beyond the refund period of Groupon.

So much for suprising my wife with a nice gift of auto detailing.

Not really a detail..... They were nice, but you could tell they trained their staff all of about 10minutes before sending them out on appointments. The leather really wasn't cleaned that well, the carpets still were dirty and there care had sections that didn't get cleaned at all (roof racks).

I expected this company to know how do detail, but it didn't seem like they had the tools or know how.

Amazing convenience and service!!!!!!!!!!. My husband bought me a detail for my birthday. He also bought me a massage. MAD came out and did the detail while I was in my massage and I came out to what looked like a brand new car. I cant believe that such a great service is available here in town. i will def. use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of a little pampering.

Thanks MAD, I cant wait to see you again!!!!!!!
