You Guys are the "BOMB". I am not one to work out without a little bit of encouragement... Tammy at Focus Fitness, has not only gotten me in shape, but is a massage therapist, and is incredible at healing soreness! I love this place and the friendly people who work there! Thanks for making me feel like family!
