Thanks for the insult!. I have frequented this Panera since it opened because I work in Providence but today was my visit. I stood in line and was blatently overlooked while the customer behind me had his order taken. Go here if you want to feel insulted and enraged at a general disregard for customer service. Jalepeno Chedder begals I will miss you.

Save your money, buy begals & groceries at Publix and make your own soup and sandwiches!

horrible service. The employees in here always have attitude. food is OK but i could make my own soup & turkey sandwhich for half the price thats better. One day they put my sandwhich on the wrong bread than usual. it was about two inches long and looked pathetic. i asked the employee in the kitchen why my sandwhich was so small she got an attitude & said " its small because of the bread , we are out of the usual bread." Not to mention the employees at the register never have personalities & always attitude. its nice to see a smile once in a while!

Not so fresh feeling. I used to think any Panera was a safe choice because they all used high-quality fresh ingredients. Last night I started to eat the 2nd half of a turkey sandwich, and noticed a piece of lettuce beyond wilted. Opened up the rest of the sandwich and found decomposing lettuce scattered around. As in, picking it out left black streaks on the bread and my fingers.

Showed them the lettuce, but Staff was more concerned with trying to buy me off with free food. Hello, lost my appetite. Didn't seem to care about fixing the problem for everyone else still in line.
