* We really enjoyed working with Fred. When we met him he was driving an old Jeep with 30 inch tires. I still laugh just thinking about it. We followed him around Nashville for a couple week-ends and never once lost him in traffic. lol. The home we bought was perfect for our expanding family.

• Pros: Fred was very patient with us! We were 1st time buyers with lots of questions.
