I was in town for a the 4th of July and fond this place in Citysearch. Loved the club. Kate and the other staff were friendly & helpful (even to a nonmember). I used to run a club in Connecticut and have to agree with the other review here, 'GO' is very clean. Great quipment, great staff, I'll be back on my next Nashville trip.

I have been a member of many gyms, and none have compared to goPerformance. Its definitely ahead of its time as far as equipment and programs go. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, energizing and non-imdimidating. The focus is on overall health and fitness, in both cardio and strength. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to feel comfortable in and where they can get fitter and stronger.
Pros: 24 hr access, super friendly staff
Cons: not convenient for everyone as far as location
