Best Shopping Experience. The minute we walked into the showroom, we knew we were in the right place. The selection and the presentation blew us away. It was not like one of those traditional jewelery stores that carry a limited inventory and expect you to buy one of the ten rings they carry. Also, the sales lady was very professional and patient with us. We felt that she understood exactly what we wanted and our 6 months of ring searching ended at that moment. We will be back for our wedding bands.

Great Experience!!. After getting a necklace for my wedding anniversary from Genesis Diamonds, my husband and I realized that the necklace was too short. I called the store and they asked me to come in. They replaced the necklace with a longer one while I waited and never charged for anything. I figured that my husband must have paid for a warranty for that type of service but he told me Genesis warranty is free and we will never have to worry about anything. Diamond replacement, broken chain, it is all covered and I never have to have the necklace checked up like other stores do. How easy could this be??? I was very impressed with the service and the courteous staff and would definately recommend Genesis to everyone I know!

Amazing Selection!!!!!. My fiance and I had been shopping for rings for months. When I walked into Genesis Diamonds, they told me that I was about to be SPOILED for all other jewelry stores. They were not lying. I have never seen such a selection of engagement rings. It seems that they have every designer available! It was amazing! They were not pushy and never tried to sell me what I did not want. In the end I got not only the ring I wanted but the ring I had dreamed about! When you're ready give them a call and you will not be disappointed!

Good Price, Courteous, Helpful and No Pressure. Genesis Diamonds was very courteous to me when I was shopping with my fiance. What I liked most was the fact no one tried to pressure me to buy. Even though it was a rather large sale being a 2ct diamond, I took several weeks and a few visits to settle on the mounting. Each time the salesperson encouraged me to be sure of my selection because it would be like a lifetime investment. She also encouraged me to shop around to any competitor. I found that the price for the certified diamond was a couple thousand dollars less than the best price for the same grade stone elsewhere. I appreciate their patience and help in working with me to make this a special part of getting married. Genesis will now be my jeweler.

Awesome Experience. Awesome experience. Really surprised how other jewelers didn't even compare to what I experienced at Genesis. Better prices but I knew that before I went in. What I didn't know what how good of a diamond education I was going to get. No pressure at all - I bought the same day I went in. Love it! HIS ACCENT IS ON VALUE! haha

Great service until they get your money.. Problems:

1. On first visit I watched a customer wait for 30+ minutes for a package that they called and told him was in, but when he arrived they could not find it. They finally told him to leave and they would call him again when it really arrived. Five minutes after he left, they found his package in the office, it was apparent that they did not care to look to hard.

2. I was told that my $4,500 order would arrive on a certain date, but when it was a day past this date my fiancee' called and they could not find the order and told her they would call her back. They never did. I had to call them twice to find out it would be three days late due to a mix up when they ordered it. What would have happened if I did not call three times to see why it was late?

3. Two weeks after picking up my order I recieved an appraisal for the band only, not the entire ring. I called and they told me that if I brought in my ring they would appraise it again in its entirety. When I showed up they told me it would be $150, but before I bought the ring I asked if they would appraise the "ring" and they said that if I bought the ring from them they would appraise it for free. They went on to tell me that they "should" have told me that they would only appraise their merchandise, not my diamond being I brought it in to be placed into the band. I simply told them to appraise my entire ring as I was told would be done or take my diamond out and I would take my $4,500 some where else. Three days later my fiancee' was called to pick up her ring and they pretty much handed her the ring and walked away, as if she disgusted them.

They were super nice until they received my money, then they tried to bully me around. Unorganized.

I will never buy another piece of jewelry from Genesis Diamonds again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have used city search for years and this experience drove me to actually sign up and voice my opinion for the first time.
