Beware of fungal infections!. I visited this salon in 2004. Since then, I've tried various prescription and OTC medications to treat a severe fungus infection on two toes (after getting a pedicure). I would not recommend this salon. In fact, I would avoid it at all costs. Because of the walk-ins welcome/no appointment necessary policy, the customer volume is high which probably doesn't leave a whole lot of time for disinfecting.

wonderful customer service. i've been to almost every nail shop in nashville. i've been burned by drills, have waited over an hour and a half for a fill, and have had my cuticles filed until they bleed...it's been the worst experiences, until i went to jade nails. winnie and her famiy are wonderful. they actually speak english and greet you when you walk in the door. they offer you water and go above and behind the basics to make you comfortable. jade nails does a great job on nails, but also offers you great customer service. thanks guys.
