Horrible experience. This store has changed from a couple of years ago. It used to be a nice experience shopping there. Most of the staff is rude and not helpful at all. I regret spending so much money and time there due to the fact that my experience the last few times due to the fact that the customer service wasn't that great. The only reason that I kept going back was for the lingerie. My last visit, will be the last. The same rude man (I think his name is Brian) who is always behind the counter and is always short with his answers doesn't ever seem to smile and he is not very pleasant. He refused to take back my item cause they claim that I brought back to many items already. I would go in there after I finish working out sometimes. I don't try on some things that I buy because I am so smelly and sweaty and I don't want to ruin any of their clothes. I explained to the lady manager that refused to take my item back even though it and the others still had the tags on them. They then belittled me with rude words and comments and tried to insinuated that I stole it. Which probably explains why as soon as I have walked in lately, they start following me around the store. I am a very professional lady with a great career. I make plenty of money and I have spent approx. $3,000.00 since they opened up there doors. I now shop at Miranda's. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. They have 2 locations in Nashville.

Loved it Loved it!. We enjoyed our visit the sales reps were all very helpful and full of energy. They answered any questions we had and were very excited to be working there or so it seemed any way.

AWFUL!!. I recently went in to purchase items. My friend and I were looking at the merchandise, when a salesperson named Brian approached us to ask for IDs. I, being 21, gave my id. My friend, unfortunately, did not have hers. She is actually older than me. We were then verbally abused by salesperson Brian, who then proceeded to tell us that he didn't care if we copulated (the word he used was more vulgar) right there in the store, but that he wasn't able to see me my product. He then accused me of raising my voice and being aggressive. Completely offended, we left. I then called the manager who told me that Brian was his best salesperson and that he would have to check to tapes to ensure the validity of my statement. Not only was I not asking for a discount or for the salesperson to be terminated, I was further belittled. I will never return to this store because of the way I was treated.
