Venetian Nail Spa Feedback

My name is Tony Trieu, Salon Executive, of the Venetian Nails & Spas. After reading the customer reviews, we at The Venetian Salon are greatly appreciate the feedback comments and suggestions that you may have to help us in continuing the quality of service that we are trying to achieve. We notice on few of the negative comments by our customers, we do regret and please be sympathetic to our salon for some of the negative situations. We do not and have never disregarded any incidents whether major or minor in our salon.

Please during or right after your services, Feel free to let us know as soon as possible of your comments or complaints about our staff on your services. This way we certainly can accommodate you a better atmosphere and service.

Our number one goal is to cater your needs and elevating the scale of service quality that has been given in our Venetian Nail Spa Salon.

Bad attitude, worse service

As soon as my friend and I walked, they rushed us into the chair that we waited for 5 minutes, and they showed up, they don't ask what we want and how we want it. They started right away. Well, my lady cut my nail too short, and I told her," it's too short." She said, "they'll grow back." How nice!!!

These two ladies constantly chatted each other without paying attention to what they're doing, then even when I saw my nails mess up, she still hurried to finish her job. I was very unhappy, and when I complained to the manager, she said, " you must've touched something and messed up." What a great customer service!

Seriously, ladies. If you want your money worth, go somewhere else. We don't need to be treated badly while paying our own money.

very bad. they focus on quantity not quality.

Ive been there a handful of times but my last two visits are my last. I never liked how they rush you the minute you walk in. I always overlooked that, however I am not willing to overlook PAINFULL PEDICURES!! The guy who gave me my final pedicure at venetian slapped my leg like i was a cow -seriously, a simple tap will do. Then he carelessly rushed the whole thing which was fine because he was so abrasive and scrubbed my foot raw. ouch. It hurt and I actually wanted to leave in the middle of the pedicure I was so upset. I feel like I am inconveniencing them with my business. There are way to many other nail salons to go to like signatures or the place in the green hills mall that I am now going to and suggest you do too....this place has gotten to busy for it's own good.

• Cons: rushed, painfull, rude, and crowded
