Bait and Switch Fraud. I ordered a 6" combo. The "sandwich artist" did a fine job and the cashier (who I assume was the manager) got my chips on the tray and then informed me that the soda machine wasn't working and pointed to a cooling unit that had bottled drinks. I got one and then he told me the total, which was over $1.00 higher than the combo price. I politely asked if he was charging me more because of THEIR PROBLEM with the soda machine and he said YES. He then went down the receipt showing me how much each item costs, the sandwich, chips, an drink. They should have told me or put a sign up that the COMBO WASN'T available. This smells a lot like BAIT AND SWITCH FRAUD to me. I emailed Subway weeks ago with details but haven't heard anything. I won't go back until they resolve this.

Worst Customer Service Ever. The employees at this location do not listen to you when you give your order. You often have to repeat things, and you must pay close attention when they are making your sandwich, as they may make it incorrectly. Then if you tell them it is wrong, they send you back to the end of the line. They skimp on the toppings and even on the condiments. You get one small streak of mustard, mayonnaise, or whatever you asked for. The cashiers are slow and easily distracted. I do not recommend this location, although many other Subways are good.
