The only honest shop I've ever been to, reasonable prices, great customer service. Like the title says, this is the only honest auto repair shop I've ever had the pleasure of taking my cars to. The head technician Charles is very friendly, very informative and above all honest. He has on multiple occasions recommended I not make expensive, unnecessary repairs at the expense of his shop. It's a very small place so you get good customer service and they care more about keeping you as a lifelong customer than trying to make as much money as possible off of you on any given repair. Additionally, they do electrical work and also have experience with both foreign and domestic vehicles.

The location is a bit obscure (next to the Fairgrounds on Nolensville), but it's well worth the inconvenience to avoid getting ripped off.

Great people, great service. I've been using the team at Access Plus for three years. They're great. Charles is very thorough and honest and talented. It's kind of in an obscure place off the beaten path, but they take great care of you so it's worth venturing from the normal routes.
