Great for Take-Out. Evergreen Express has wonderful Americanized-Chinese for good prices. All the dishes are very simple, but always fresh and tasty. Their Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls are both delicious, and I highly recommend their Orange Chicken and their Cashew Nuts Chicken! And to top it all off, they live up to the "Express" in their name; meals are always ready quickly.
