Losing out on business
by Only1WonderWoman
I agree with the other consumer, I tried calling them for the first time, this morning around 11:45a. Are they not open yet? i 'm sure they are, however, their phone rang for a total of 35 rings. I mean really, does anyone know how to be customer service oriented, if not I can train you!
- Pros: hear-say they have great clothes great prices
- Cons: sizes are not in appropriate places
forever 21 store
by charlieuluv
I love forever 21,except: They do not know how to answer a phone. 12 calls in two days and the phone was busy 2x and the other 10 NO answer. this was a Sunday and Monday. When a customer is in the store and has a question, the sales person acted like air heads.
The Orpy Mills store is a mess, to the point that sales person don't even know what they have or where it is.
Most of them have never been to the company's web site.
Answer the phone and hire people who want to work with the public.
Great place to shop!

I remember when Forever 21 first came into Opry Mills mall, when it was across from Aeropostale. It was SO small that anyone could become claustrophobic. And things were just everywhere. I never really shopped in there until they moved it to the old Tower Records. Now it's become one of my favorite places to shop. Don't go in expecting top of the line name brand clothing, but don't go in thinking everything will just look cheap, either. Yes, you still do have to dig through racks of clothes, but you just might find a buried treasure. Another thing I experience whenever I visit is that there might only be 1-2 checkout lines open and it's like 50 people in line. So if you're in a rush, you might want to be wary of that. That won't stop me from coming back though!
- Pros: The price and their new space
- Cons: Checkout line, digging through clothes
