Avoid at all costs

This franchise has incompetent and rude staff. I went there with friends, and the people working couldn't even make a glass of tea. It came out black as tar; funny thing is that someone else their with me ordered tea and got the right thing. When asked (nicely) to fix the problem, the girl working rolled her eyes and asked what she was supposed to do. The manager was completely unresponsive as well. I believe that if someone orders something, either you should make it right, or you should give them their money back. Neither was done; I would recommend finding another coffee spot.
